Urbanization was an essential way to solve the gap between urban and rural areas. And it was also the biggest internal need. We had to adhere to the people-oriented core and take the problem of the three-- 100 million people as our focus. Besides, we should make full use of the supporting role which urbanization has played on modernization. Our goals were: enhancing the level of urban planning and construction, formulating the implementation of urban agglomeration planning, promoting city infrastructure and basic public services in a well-organized pace. It also emphasized the development of the national fitness, competitive sports and sports industry. In September,2014, Li Keqiang chaired an executive meeting of state council to perfect the budget management, promote the norm and transparency of financial revenue and expenditure, speed up the development of sports industry, and promote the sports consumption to improve the public fitness. With the development of the society, our economic level keeps rising, and people's living environment has been improved. New urbanization development is a new model to improve the quality of people's life. In March, 2015, Sichuan issued the new urbanization planning. It mainly took "one axis, three zones, four group of area" as the development model. In 2015, Boao Forum was set up the sport industry at the venue for the first time. Thus, the huge potential and development space of sports industry can be seen.Experts estimate that the output value of sports industry will reach 5 trillion in 2025. Leisure sports industry is an emerging industry in China. It is in the period of development and the development time is relatively short. At the same time, leisure sports industry is a very important part of the sports industry. Experts predict that the leisure sports industry will become the main body of the sports industry. The combination of urbanization and leisure sports industry must get the wide attention of the society. New urbanization has similarities with leisure sports industrial clusters development, which are mainly embodied in the reasonable associated things. It combines closely related things to form a "group".Along with the rapid development of China's economy and sociality, the continuous improvement of people's living standard, our country has preliminarily enter into the "leisure era", gradually formed "leisure sports economy" industrial system. Based on the background of leisure sports economy rapid development, and the new type of urbanization development planning is implementing in our country. Therefore, to explore the new construction of leisure sports industry cluster is particularly important in the process of urbanization of our country.To explore the new urbanization development process of how to build the leisure sports industry cluster in Sichuan province. This study uses many research methods, such as:literature material, expert interview, questionnaire, survey, field investigation and so on.And it will investigate some of the township residents, school physical education teachers,government undertakings of physical culture and sports personnel, experts engaged in the research of leisure sports industry among Chengdu, Nanchong, Mianyang, Du Jiangyan,Yibin, Neijiang, Pan Zhihua. There are the following six aspects: First, the awareness of social crowd on leisure sports industry cluster, that is, its social influence. Second, the coverage of leisure sports industry cluster, thus, to master its construction area. Third, the support from government, thus, its development trend can be known from the perspective of policy. Fourth, the residents' demand for leisure sports activities, to understand the needs of the society. Fifth, the residents' life style and new urbanization construction, to analyze the impact of new urbanization construction placed on residents' life style. Sixth, the residents' living standard and new urbanization construction, to analyze the influence of the new type of urbanization construction placed on residents' living standard and so on. Through questionnaires, expert interviews and other methods of the questionnaire data sorting,classifying and analyzing to obtain the following results:First, due to the speed of social development, the leisure sports industry cluster has problems of short building history, lacking of social atmosphere, and low social people awareness. Second, the ability of leisure sports industry cluster development is weak. Taking shape industrial cluster is lack. At the same time, the build system is incomplete. All these lead to the narrow coverage of leisure sports industry cluster. Third, the relevant government departments do not pay enough attention to it. Thus, the proportion of the industrial structure is imbalanced, which causes the lack of component in industrial structure. Fourth, the residents gradually increase the demand for leisure sports activities. Fifth, new urbanization will change the way of residents' diet, entertainment and social activities. Sixth, the new urbanization can improve the economic income of residents, increase the residents' consumption power, increase the residents' leisure time, thereby improving residents' living standards.Through to the discussion and analysis of the above results, there are the following findings: first, at present, the awareness of social crowd about leisure sports industry cluster is low, and people do not have related concepts. Second, the construction of leisure sports industry cluster is helpful to break through the bondage of sports industry in China. It is also helpful for constantly improving its own development. At the same time, the development of industry cluster will further enhance the quality of leisure industry in China. But leisure sports industry cluster development process too slow in Sichuan province and it has no social competitiveness and its building coverage is small too. Third, the new urbanization andleisure sports industry cluster plays an important role in the development of the society. Their similarities are to promote social and economic development, improve people's living standards, and promote national development steadily. The government, as the leader of social development, does not give enough support to the leisure sports industry cluster. And our government still needs to continuously explore the best way to build it. Fourth, the new urbanization residents' demand for leisure class sports industry is increasing. At the same time, their needs are transformed from the material needs to spiritual needs. Fifth, the process of building leisure sports industry cluster is too slowly. Self-development capacity is weak,and poor external environment is uncoordinated. Its development still needs more support,such as policy, funds, and talents.The current construction of leisure sports industry cluster is still in its primary stage, and it still needs to "touch stone across the river" to explore a sound mode in a continuously way.This study takes the combination of the new urbanization construction and the construction of leisure sports industry cluster as a start, searching for the correspondences of the two,providing theoretical basis for the leisure sports industry cluster building. Therefore, these are helpful for promoting the developmental pace of leisure sports industry cluster. |
