The network consensus based on the internet platform has features different from traditional consensus: more complicated, more diverse in contents, chaos, disappearance of authority, unclear-oriented utterance caused by multitudinousness and multivariant consciousness; real-time, interactivity and anonymity with the development of communication technology; all of the above features make the network consensus obtaining the feature of difficulty to control.On the one hand, the conflict and integration of the existing values lead to the rise and decline of network consensus topics; on the other hand, the values are also affected by the network consensus, the conflict and integration form of which became more intense and unstable. The network survival modes are changing the inherent life style, survival modes, thinking modes and concept modes of many people, and then trigger idea collision in related fields, and the result of that collision will be integration or conflict of the values.The conflict and integration of values are the normalcy of the development of network consensus. People are thinking as they experience, and they carry out elaboration and analysis on it from different points. At present, social harmony became the mainstream ideology orientation.
