The relation between teachers and students is the core of interpersonalrelationship in school education,the correct understanding of the relationship betweenteachers and students is the basic education theory construction.In the new historicalperiod,the relationship between teachers and students appeared a series of problems inthe process towards democracy and equality:alienation,utilitarian,tension,oppositionand conflict.The case of the conflict become a hot topic in society.The reform ofeducation,the implement of quality education and change education idea,depend onthe interaction and communication between teachers and students.Therefore,to solvethe problem of conflict between teachers and students and set up good relationship isnot only the basic conditions of educational activities carried out smoothly,andintrinsic motivation for education reform and development.This study uses theliterature analysis,historical comparative method, observation method,regressionancient metaphysics and view the history,to review the ancient close and friendlyrelationship between teachers and students,that think the present conflict.Its root liesin breaking the modernity brings the consensus between teachers and students.Toestablish a good relationship,we must disclose the essence of modernity.Which theproblem of the conflict between teachers and students can become possible tosolve.On the basis,put forward the suggestions and measures to solve the problem ofthe conflict between teachers and students.The full text is divided into four parts.The first chapter of the origin of thetopic,the significance of the topic,domestic and foreign about this topic researchpresent situation and the tendency,research hypothesis,research methods,innovationand feature of this a few problems are discussed.The second chapter, the author defines the concept of conflict between teachersand students.Based on the combination of cases described in detail the currentteacher-student relationship adverse symptoms.According to the forms of conflict,theconflict between teachers and students can divided into direct conflict dominant andindirect conflict hidden.The third chapter, the author tries to analysis and summary the cause of the conflict between teachers and students.People live in nature,in the final analysis,therelationship between teachers and students is a kind of social relationship, influencedby the time the natural view and the social order.With the rapid development ofnatural science,nature lost divine status. This scientific spirit had a fundamentalinfluence on philosophy,the mechanical philosophy established.And affect therelationship between people in society and man and man.At this time, theutilitarianism appeared,which encouraged the personal desires.Between man andman in his pursuit of "common good" and form each other dependencies are split intothe relationship of absolute freedom and equality.The modernity reflected in the fieldof education,which caused the fracture of teacher-student consensus,thus causingalienation and conflict of teacher-student relationship.The fourth chapter,the author regression ancient teleological visual field,tounderstand the past,straighten out the causality from consensus to split.Based ontrying to solve the problem of conflict between teachers and students,which is basedon the moment,learn from the ancient wisdom,reconstruction of teachers and studentsto seek consensus.And to explore the basis of consensus building, explore the path.
