Teachers' professional autonomy is the embodiment of teachers' influence. That teachers will not be aggressive in their daily teaching or having reflection, innovation if teachers do not have professional autonomy consciousness is harmful for children and teachers. However, the research on teachers' professional autonomy is mostly focused on the professional development of teachers. There are few research on teachers' professional autonomy consciousness in the class.This study selected a novice teacher, a competence teacher and an expert teacher respectively as study cases and it lasted for nearly 3 months for observing the performance of the teacher in the kindergarten class daily activities. This study analyzed the characteristics of preschool teachers professional autonomy consciousness and influencing factors by the datas collected through observing, formal and informal interviews and text analysis methods and put forward corresponding suggestions to enhance the preschool teachers professional autonomy consciousness eventually.The following conclusion is obtained by research:1.Preschool teachers professional autonomy consciousness is procedural. Horizontally, the consciousness of professional autonomy is not specifically exists in a specific situation, but also permeate in the environment. Vertically, this process is also reflected in teachers in different stages of development because professional autonomy consciousness of preschool teachers from novice to expert are different.2.Preschool teachers' professional autonomy consciousness is imbalance. The imbalance reflects on what the teacher said mismatches the teachers' behavior and teachers' professional autonomy consciousness of content and behavior is not in equilibrium.3.Preschool teachers' professional consciousness is implicit. Teachers' language and behavior implied the professional autonomy.It also found that experience of preschool teachers, self-identity, preschool and parents support is the factors that influence the professional autonomy consciousness of teachers. Finally, in order to promote the development of different stages of preschool teachers' consciousness of professional autonomy it puts forward the promotion suggestions for the development of children sense of professional autonomy of teachers from the teachers themselves, the preschool and parents as well as the society.
