The fourth part of《Long-term Education Reform and Development Program of China(2010-2020)》have clearly articulated strengthening of teachers, construction of high-quality teaching teams, to strengthen moral construction and improve the professional level of teachers and other targets, and described the important role of teachers in the “big country from education to education power”in.Teacher play an important role in imparting knowledge, but also a guide for students entering the community. Depth development of the new curriculum and the implementation of quality education promoting the vigorous growth of teacher in theory and practice.Teachers need professional individuals consciously find their own problems, correct the problem and continue to improve themseves.Teaching reflection is the main driver of teacher professional development,it is the awareness of all aspects of student-development and self-development.Therefore, how to optimize concept,improve teachers’ ability to reflect and cultivate teachers, reflect wisdom is an important issues to improve the quality of teaching.Reflection is not foolproof thinking.It need to ponder their own past thinking, behavior, experience and insights as well as critical thinking and repeated practice demonstration.Teaching reflection is individual behavior which based on teaching practice, in order to improve the quality of teaching,professional development, student development and analysis of the relationship between teachers and students, then ponder the practice of successes as well as shortcomings, and adopt effective strategies to improve. Currently, research on teaching reflection, reflective teaching and Reflective Teacher is more and more, but lack of that based on the empirical survey data, the effective reflection technology and practical coping strategies,what is more, researchs is relatively scarce which enhance the level of wisdom literature. Where there is education, where we need wisdom. The author tries to make some efforts in these areas to explore.The study of the relevant literature in our country and abroad on the basis of more in-depth study,summed up the wisdom of teaching reflection connotation:Teachers analyze about teaching, students and other aspects of personal attitudes and behavior review, form a correct reflection of consciousness and active practice, thus contributing to a comprehensive teaching ability and professional growth.In addtion,summarize the contents of teaching reflection, and declared in accordance with the theory and divide reflection into two dimensions based on theory in practice and theory in declare, summed up the features of teaching reflection wisdom is practicality, openness, innovation and breadth.In critical theory, meta-cognitive theory and constructivist theory guidance,using surveys, interviews and case studies, interviewing 81 geography teachers in Luoyang and Zhengzhou,making data analysis from teaching Reflection awareness, motivation, influencing factors, approaches, content, time to reflect, the disciplinary status of teaching reflection to reflect the impact and evaluation dimensions.The data showed that performance situation following aspects:(1) The importance of Teaching Reflection has been fully recognized;(2) teacher reflection on the teaching aspectst have different emphases;(3)Lacking attention of student and their development;(4)The geography position have an influence on reflection;(5) The atmosphere of collective reflection should to be optimized;(6) New Teaching Reflection Platform has not been fully applicated;(7) The Teaching Reflection is incoherent and the behavior is not timely follow-up.Proposing any kind of policy it is to optimize the concept and practice guidance.This article focused on the discovery of high school geography teacher,s reflection shortcomings and put forward feasible measures:(1)Finding more method of reflect,including teachers dialogue with themselves,students,peers,theory,and technical dialogue;(2)Using the new technology to reflect,such as write daily record+ teaching audit techniques and role model teaching method + peer observation technology;(3)Attaching importance to geography;(4)Integrating the ALACT and lesson study;(5)Establishing Teaching Reflective evaluation system, including teachers self-assessment, peer review and evaluation by school;(6) Permeating Teaching Reflection in continuing education.The innovation of this article include: summarizes the concept of wisdom of Teaching Reflective,and in accordance with the theory claim that the use of reflective teaching theory Wisdom is divided into two dimensions,striving to find inadequate of Teaching Reflection on the basis of survey data,then put forward the collective- reflection and self-reflection. Prospects for further study: to expand the scope of investigation to make investigations more comprehensive; the data needs to be further excavated and more in-depth analysis.This study seeks to find the problem of Teaching Reflection, in order to seek strategies for cultivate wisdom of Teaching Reflect to wake up geography class.The Teaching Reflection has become an important force to boost teachers’ professional development,it is an opportunity for geography teaching ang student development, as well as an important mission of the new era of educational reform.
