With the rapid development of the knowledge economy,society has become increasingly demanding for the quality of talent and education.The cultivation of intelligent talents requires a full-fledged teaching environment,and a full-fledged teaching environment requires teachers' teaching wisdom.The teacher's teaching wisdom is a key factor in talent cultivation and deserves more attention.In 2018,the Central Committee of the Chinese Communist Party and the State Council issued the "Opinions on Deepening the Reform of the Teaching Staff in the New Era," which set goals for the construction of the teaching staff,and pointed out that we must constantly improve teachers' overall quality,professionalism,and innovation ability.An important evaluation criterion for strengthening the construction of a new era of teachers is the level of teachers' wisdom in teaching.Geography is a special discipline that spans arts and sciences,with comprehensive and wide-ranging features.With the continuous reform of the new geography curriculum in high schools,the nucleus of geography has gradually entered the classroom,and the pedagogical ideas and teaching forms of high school geography teaching will change.Geographic core culture can not be separated from high school geography teachers who are at the front line of work.They use teaching wisdom to understand,absorb and transform them,and finally implement the actual teaching.Based on this,this paper selects teaching wisdom as a research direction and integrates it with high school geography teachers.Based on related theories of constructivism,situational learning,tacit knowledge,and educational ecology,this paper adopts literature research methods,questionnaire survey methods,and interview methods.In order to investigate the status quo of teaching wisdom of high school geography teachers,some senior high school geography teachers are studied.According to the problems existing in the current situation,corresponding optimization strategies are proposed in order to promote the teaching wisdom of high school geography teachers.The online and field surveys were conducted by high school geography teachers from provinces and cities such as Henan and Shandong provinces.A total of 147 questionnaires were distributed and 147 questionnaires were retrieved,of which 147 were valid and the recovery rate was 100%.In addition,the interview method was used to communicate face-to-face and using chat tools.The interviewed subjects were high school geography teachers,including outstanding old teachers and novice teachers,totaling six.These two research methods are the main source of the data in this study and play a major role in the research on the teaching wisdom of high school geography teachers.Firstly,according to the results of questionnaire survey of senior middle school geography teachers,this paper analyzes the teaching wisdom of high school geography teachers from four aspects: pre-teaching design,classroom teaching,post-classroom teaching reflection,and teachers' choice of teaching wisdom development.Then analyze the results of the interviews with high school geography teachers.Finally,I found that the high school geography teachers have the following problems in teaching wisdom:(1)The lack of cognitive ability of high school geography teachers is mainly manifested in the understanding of students and their keen insight into teaching phenomena;(2)Some of the teachers' professional qualities are still too shallow to grasp the opportunities of students' thinking development in time.There is a deficiency in theability to control the classroom and the ability to transform book knowledge into teaching knowledge is insufficient.(3)High school geography teachers lack research consciousness and lack research on teaching.(4)High school geography teachers lack research consciousness and lack research on teaching.(5)The path for teachers to improve their teaching wisdom is relatively single and depends on the accumulation of teaching experience.It is necessary to enrich the path of higher education for geography teachers in high schools.We asked the following strategies to enhance the high school geography teacher teaching wisdom:(1)Teachers should constantly improve their own quality,consolidate their knowledge of geography disciplines,enrich knowledge of subject teaching methods,and accumulate diverse cultural knowledge and practical knowledge.(2)Internalize the education concept and develop solid teaching skills.First,we must internalize the education concept and forge the teaching design skills.Then we must integrate teaching situations and hone our teaching skills.Finally,we should pay attention to teaching reflection and improve teaching wisdom in teaching reflection;(3)Colleges and universities should do pre-service training for normal school students,attach importance to the development of student curriculum,establish a "double-teacher system",increase the cultivation of students' cognitive ability,and develop teaching wisdom in teaching practice.(4)Schools should create a good atmosphere for growth,establish a reasonable teacher evaluation system,create a harmonious and cooperative interpersonal environment,attach importance to the post-service training of teachers,and create a good environment for teachers' teaching wisdom.The innovation of the thesis is mainly reflected in the selection of topics and research methods.Combining teaching wisdom with high school geography,through questionnaires andinterviews,quantitative and qualitative analysis was conducted.Some senior high school geography teachers were investigated and researched to explore the status quo and problems of high school geography teachers' teaching wisdom,and corresponding suggestions were made measures.The improvement of teacher's teaching wisdom is in line with the country's goal of building a contingent of teachers,which not only promotes the professional development of teachers,but also improves the quality of education in secondary schools.It is hoped that through this study,we will increase the attention and attention of the teachers' teaching wisdom,continuously improve the teaching wisdom,and present the wisdom of the geography class together with the students.
