From2012, the new curriculum reform been entered on Guangxi. The new curriculum reform has put forward new requirements on teachers.Teachers must change the traditional education concept,change the teaching methods,and become the organizerã€the facilitator of the course.Meet the challenge of the new curriculum reform teachers must take an active part in it,and constantly reflect on one’s teaching,step up the road of teacher professional,realize the change from the experiential teacher to the reflective teacher.Teaching reflection ability is an important part of teachers’ professionalism,improving Teaching reflection ability is an important way for professional development of teacher,also the guarantee for implement the new curriculum reform smoothly.The research method of the study are literature research, questionnaire research, interview research, and consult expert research.The thesis is divided into five parts.First, based on the analysis and summary the studies which the ability of teaching at home and abroad,the study analyzes and constructs the definition structureã€stages and influence factor of Teaching reflection ability. Secondly, the study researches the status of teaching reflection ability for geography teachers in high schools of G by survey and interviews.Problems in reflection abilities of high school geography teachers are found,such as weak mobility,little attention on the dimension of student and literature,low-level reflection content, single reflection method and the lack of geographical flavor in reflection.Reasons to cause these problems include external factors,such as heavy teaching taskã€unreasonable evaluation system and lack of sound reflection,and internal factors,such as weak reflection power and lack of deep teaching reflection method.According to the research result, the author puts forward some advices to solve above problems:the school should create a reflection atmosphere,rationalize the evaluation system for improve teachers positivity, improve the treatment of teacher; teacher himself should improve educational responsibility, keep learning educational theory, make use of deep teaching reflection method and enhance geographical features. |
