With the reform and development of information and technology in education and teaching area, one-to-one digital learning has begun to become one of the new models of study for learners. As a new product in the digital age, digital bloom combines information and technology tools with taxonomy of educational objectives, constructing the appropriate graphical representation of digital bloom based on classification framework of educational objectives in the cognitive domain. And it aims to make one-to-one digital teaching and learning be better. Meanwhile, strong learning functions of information and technology tools and abundant learning resources in Cloud are utilized to promote deep integration of information and technology with courses, which innovating new types of digital teaching and learning styles to conform to demand of the times. However, some problems of traditional Chinese teaching of reading remain to be solved during its integration with information and technology, mainly including singleness in the teaching style in class, traditional learning-situated context is incapable of stimulating students' reading and study interest efficiently, class-based teaching is unable to pay comprehensive attention to students' individualized needs, etc.Targeted at the front-line teachers, students and experimental teaching in this study, under the guidance of taxonomy theory of Bloom educational objectives, interactive teaching theory and blended learning theory, combined with iPad and digital Bloom graphical representation, one-to-one digital reading teaching study is conducted. Currently, there are few studies about iPad and the graphical representation of “digital bloom” in Chinese reading teaching in primary school,furthermore, there are limited related applied cases. Based on the research team of “Teaching Design and Application in Primary School in iPad One-to-One Teaching Environment”,this study conducted in the central school in the experimental area of air harbor in Zhengzhou. Combined with related theoretical basis and teaching objectives, the graphical representation of digital bloom is applicable to Chinese reading teaching in primary schools is constructed in layers. The author selects experimental classes for application, and analyzes application efficiency. The study operates with some research methods, such as questionnaire, interview and classroom observation, and there are some research results and experience are gained, which providing references for digital teaching in other disciplines. The main contents are composed by the following six parts:1. Introduction. In this Chapter, problems and significance of this study are proposed based on the analysis of background of the subject, and related occurring concepts during the research are defined, while research thoughts and methods of this thesis are explained under the guidance of related theories.2. Application of graphical representation of “digital bloom” is put forward in reading teaching in primary school. Commencing from reflections on Chinese reading teaching in primary schools in the information and technology context, and based on collection, study and analysis of related references, the applied values are summarized in Chinese reading and teaching in primary schools according to characteristics of graphical representation of “digital bloom” and educational application status in this Chapter.3. iPad-based “digital bloom” graphic construction facing Chinese reading in primary schools. On the basis of construction thoughts and technique routes, combined with related theoretical basis and teaching objectives, the graphical representation of “digital bloom” applied to Chinese reading teaching in primary schools is constructed in layers and explained from the two aspects of constitution of teaching activities and design of teaching activities in this Chapter.4. Application of graphical representation of iPad-based “digital bloom” to Chinese reading teaching in primary school. Setting about problems involved by application objectives and during the application, and corresponding research tools are selected based on backgrounds and technical supports of related research projects. And the constructed graphical representation of “digital bloom” is applied to Chinese reading teaching in primary schools to conduct experimental teaching through a series of preparatory work.5. Effects of application of graphical representation of iPad-based “digital bloom” to Chinese reading teaching in primary school. This study selects the methods of achievement tests, questionnaire surveys, and classroom observations, etc. To collect data, teachers' interviews are inserted properly to make further supplements to the conclusion of this study, the Author obtains relatively elaborate application effect feedback through the systematic analysis and summary of results of testing Chinese reading ability level, the findings of pupils' learning interest in Chinese reading in the iPad environment and the observation and analysis of teachers' and students' behaviors in Chinese reading class in primary schools in the iPad environment.6. Reflection on the research and prospect. The development of information and technology affects people's lifestyle,teaching and learning style. The appearance of iPad, one-to-one digital learning and rapid development of educational software tools exert profound influences on the traditional education and teaching. As the product of the new age, the iPad-based graphical representation of “digital bloom” reforms the traditional teaching and learning style, and it provides software tool supports for implementation of one-to-one digital learning and it helps carry out “teaching” by teachers and “learning” by students in the informatization environment.
