With the progress of human society, the development of science and technol ogy, people's lives and the ways of learning have changed dramatically. The electronic media is stepping into the classrooms, and becomes the mainstream. The electronic whiteboard, the computer projection is instead of the simple blackboard.IPAD tablet computer designed by Apple Company are introduced into the classroom with its irresistible advantages of portability, networking, and mass education apps.It is said that the true meaning of education is what still in your memory since you have forgot all the things you have learnt, that is learning ability and learning methods. The information technology develops and updates rapidly and we need to keep up with the speed of information updating. The traditional mode of education is unable to meet the learning needs of students. While when the students graduate from school and get into the society, they will find life mode and work mode are really different from the learning mode at school.If the school teaches students what they need in society, applies information technology in teaching, students' learning mode will be greatly changed, at the same time students will develop their autonomous learning ability and improve over all qualities of students,such as resource integration skill and innovation ability will be greatly improved. However, when IPAD comes into class, both advantages and problems appear, how to manage classroom, how to effectively integrate and elaborate resources available to students, what kind of classroom activities will we take; how to use IPAD in class properly to help students learning; all these questions are the importance and difficulties of classroom teaching with IPAD.This thesis aims to study the necessary conditions for using IPAD teaching in classroom: hardware equipment and professional teachers. The author will study how to manage classroom with IPAD, how to effectively use IPAD to provide a variety of learning resources and develop creative learning activities to promote students personalized learning and how to guide students to use IPAD effectively in this paper. The author got a conclusion through data analysis that high-quality IPAD math class will give students a positive impact on math study, IPAD is used as a kind of storage tool and media of teaching resources. The author states that the application of mathematics disk and math APPs effectively helps carry out the implementing level teaching pattern. It is showed that the rational use of information technology is helpful to put teaching theories into practice, and it benefits for the improvement of students' achievement. At the same time, the introduction of IPAD mathematics classroom teaching also has some disadvantages, if we use it unreasonably, it will keep students from developing good learning habits, such as the ability of deep thinking. Hope that through research, can provide some references for first-line math teacher.
