Development Status And Countermeasures Of Sports And Cultural Exchange Activities Between Xiamen And Taiwan

This paper adopted literature,interviews,case analysis,logical analysis,field survey method.Take Xiamen and Taiwan's sports culture as the background,based on development status of exchanges of sports and cultural activities Xiamen and Taiwan,research status of sports cultural activities exchanges and cooperation between Xiamen and Taiwan.Identify its main characteristics,development situation and development prospects.And Sum up favorable factors and constraints of Xiamen and Taiwan sports and cultural exchange activities,as well as existing problems.Then propose countermeasures to develop exchanges and cooperation in sports and cultural activities between Xiamen and Taiwan.The results showed that: the exchanges development of sports and cultural activities in Xiamen and Taiwan currently have some effectiveness,but there are also some problems,such as limitations,less appreciation and imbalanced development.With geographical advantages,exchanges and cooperation of sports and culture between Xiamen and Taiwan relative were earlier than other areas,which has obvious advantages,and plays a leading role.However,due to the traffic inconvenience of Strait during early period,early development was more difficult.At present,although in a more optimistic state,but the two sides have not yet established a sound and targeted cooperation mechanism,resulting in small scope,narrow areas and limited hierarchy level.Although the current water projects are undertaken by government departments support,but relatively lack of human resources of relevant departments or enough emphasis.Development is mainly one-way communication.The two-way exchange balance has not yet been completed currently.This paper proposes following aspects: hardware and software environment construction in Xiamen;jointly set up a targeted partner institution to develop sports talent;work together to create sports culture activities brand that truly belongs to Xiamen and Taiwan;enhance appreciation of sports performance;promote the development of sports sub-sectors.Its purpose is through the development of sports and cultural exchanges,making it closer to the Taiwan compatriots,and making Taiwan an early return to the motherland.
