Teacher's curriculum understanding research began with the change of the curriculum "paradigm" in the foreign countries.With the implementation of the new curriculum reform,the research on the teachers' curriculum understanding in China is increasingly valued.The teacher's curriculum understanding is related to the effective promotion of the new curriculum reform,which is the necessary condition for the transformation of the role of teachers,but also affects the professional development of teachers.The research on these issues is carried out the contents of teacher's curriculum understanding,the status quo of teachers' curriculum understanding,the analysis of causes and problems of teacher's curriculum understanding,and the factors that affect the understanding of teachers' curriculum.The research uses the literature analysis method,the educational survey method,and the educational observation method.First of all,the "Understanding Curriculum" is systematically studied,and it is a whole to grasp the situation of the study on the domestic and international curriculum understanding.And then analyzes the basic content of the teacher's curriculum understanding,as the basis for the study of teachers' curriculum understanding in primary and secondary school teachers to study the current situation of teachers' curriculum understanding,and put forward some solutions to the existing problems.This investigation is based on the study of the teachers in the primary and middle school in F County,mainly from the nature of curriculum,curriculum objectives,curriculum content and curriculum implementation of the five dimensions to examine teachers' curriculum understanding.From the results of the survey,the problems of teachers' curriculum understanding lies in the one-sided understanding of curriculum concept,the connotation of curriculum is vague,narrowing the course content,the curriculum concept and behavior are out of line and the curriculum implementation of public servants.The reasons of the analysis are that:Teachers lack of autonomous learning awareness,communication and cooperation between colleagues,the application of curriculum training is low,the power of teachers' curriculum is neglected and unreasonable curriculum evaluation method.At last,the paper puts forward some strategies to improve the understanding of the teacher's curriculum.
