Today's society,with the development of information technology,laptop,tablet,mobile phone and other mobile devices can be seen everywhere,gradually speed up the pace of life let time become more valuable,few people will choose a fixed time for learning and studying,so fragmentation entered people's life.At the same time of learning style' change,learning environment and learning time put forward higher requirements.In order to meet the demand of people's learning needs anywhere and anytime,micro learning and mobile learning arises at the historic moment,this new way of learning is based on the teaching of knowledge point and difficult point selection,choose meaningful content,recorded and making a short video,and then sent to the platform or directly by pushed to students,to meet the needs of personalized learning styles.This study is under the support of visual culture course practice teaching,visual culture,micro teaching theory,the guidance of flipped teaching theory and learning theory.At the same time,this study references from the theory research results of predecessors on class and the experience of design and production,then starting from the basic situation of the course itself to determine the design general objective and design strategy.The author first through the learner's study to investigate the situation and requirement analysis,select distinctive knowledge,combined with micro class production principles and methods to design it into micro class,guide the learner autonomy.Secondly,integrate the existing learning resources,combined with micro class design elements and principles put forward the model of "learning task list + micro teaching design".Then,further comb the teaching contents of visual culture,featured with the characteristics of the case to carry on the design,according to the practical environment and course needs to choose the appropriate tools and media for making micro class.Finally,practicing the case of micro class teaching,and feedback of practice data collection and analysis to evaluate the merits of the design according to the results of the data.In general,this paper mainly studies the visual culture courses combined with micro teaching practice,through analyzing learners' in-depth learning needs,in order to improve the learners' learning efficiency as the starting point,with rich course resources,meet the individual needs of learners as the goal,actively explore a conforms to live a pattern and method of teaching,in order to provide help to the curriculum,the development and construction.
