In recent years, with the rapid development of mobile devices and network technology, Moocs, video open class, resource sharing class and other new teaching methods are gradually rising.Among them, the " a straw shows which way the wind blows" as the main characteristic of the "micro-lesson" has become an important branch of teaching innovation. Micro-lesson is a teaching form as the carrier, short and pithy content, long in within 10 minutes, focuses on explaining an independent knowledge teaching video.A high quality of micro-lesson not only need to "heavy cognition":to help students to learn and to consolidate knowledge; also need to "heavy emotion":to mobilize the enthusiasm of students, stimulate their interest in learning.A good micro-lesson is inseparable from the good design. In the field of engineering,the classic design philosophy of "emotional design" has been widely used in the field of design. This study is inspired by the theory of "emotional design", combined with the specific teaching design theory applied to the design of micro-lesson, make emotional design for micro-lesson, and combined with the "Visual Culture and Media Literacy" curriculum to carry out the case design and teaching implementation activities, in order to provide reference for future research direction of micro-lesson design.The author in the early stage of research combing summed up a lot of literature for this study to lay a solid theoretical foundation.At the same time, the author also make a survey of the emotional needs of micro-lessons to learners and analysis of the feasibility and necessity of visual culture course of "micro-lesson emotional design" for the follow-up study pave the reliable basis in reality.In this paper, Donald A.Norman's emotional design three-layer model for the design of ideas and constructed the three-level model of the micro-lesson emotional design, according to the characteristics of each level combined with specific teaching theory to design, such as the make the design psychology into instinct layer design, combined with the theory of information processing to behavior layer design, combined with the situated learning theory of reflection layer design.In addition, the five elements of the "micro-lesson emotional design" are:learners'needs, teaching goals, teaching content, teaching activities and teaching evaluation.According to the curriculum of visual culture in the specific content of courses, the selection of the "appreciation of ceramic works of Tang and Song Dynasty", "explicit and connotation of ceramic ", "from the ceramic feel the culture in Tang and Song Dynasty" three cases that most reflect the three layers character, then expand the teaching activities.In the case of practice, to increase the participation intensity of the object, collect and analyze the data,make multi objective evaluation of the effect of the case design.The practice shows that the "micro-lesson emotional design" of visual culture course is a theory and practice attempt and innovation. From the implementation effect, it's help to enhance students' emotional experience and learning outcomes.At the same time, the author of this study made some conclusions:rich visual information is more likely to cause positive emotions in instinct layer; the higher level of knowledge understanding difficulty is not conducive to the emotional experience in behavior layer; interesting teaching situation easier for students to empathize in reflection layer and so on. The last but not least, the application value of "micro-lesson emotional design" is confirmed.
