Differentiation And Character Analysis Of Zhuzhou City's New Residential Space

Zhuzhou,as a new Chinese early industrial city,enjoys the development opportunity in the middle zone of China.With the rapid economic growth,the level of city residents continuously improve,housing demand diversification began to appear.After the implementation of the unified registration system of real estate in 2016,the new residential space to take a unified registration,which provides a guarantee for the scientific study of the new residential space data.This paper through the study of the new commodity housing real estate unified registration of cadastral data from the end of 2015 to 2016,using GIS technology to analyze the present situation and the related factors of the new residential space differentiations in Zhuzhou.The main conclusions are as follows:1.In Zhuzhou,new residential space differentiation characteristics of the city center.New residential space distribution of circle structure still exists,multi-core and block-shaped type coexist.2.The factors that influence new residential space price are complex,include the location,the administrative region,historical evolution and so on.3.The new residential space price and distribution in the geographical space is mainly affected by the locations of schools,parks and leisure square,the main shopping district and other factors.Road accessibility is not as important as before,but with the new residential space synchronized development at the same time.
