The Problems And Countermeasures Research Of College Student Community Management

The students' communities in colleges and universities are effective carriers to cultivate talents.With our society developing consciously,some of universities begin to examine and explore the connotation systematically and value of associations in university education.Due to the time of China's college communities' setting which is shorter,we don't pay enough attention to manage for students.Compared with foreign students' organizations in universities,we lack of relatively advanced concept and scientific and effective measures of management.This paper tries to make questionnaires through three universities in Dalian including Dalian University of Technology,Liaoning Normal University and University of Dalian.The questionnaires are mainly divided into the following six dimensions: goals,organizational structure,leadership,interpersonal relationships,motivation and participation mechanism.In addition,it's summarized experience students have got,in order to provide inspiration reference of students' association for building,managing,using and developing.The thesis is mainly divided into six parts:The first part is introduction.It is mainly summarized and introduced the management of college students' communities,including: topic origin,research significance,domestic and international research status of the problem,core concepts,research methods,what is more,making analysis of difficult point of study and the innovation place.This part mainly discusses the theoretical results of the construction of college students' associations that have achieved at home and abroad,and the author's starting point and theoretical basis of this subject at present.The second part is theory discussion about current situation of university students' organization.It's on the basis of combination with the types of college students' associations,making analysis of the education function of college students' associations and describing standards and judgment method of good students' communities by using ‘the six boxes model theory by Marvin Weisbord.The third part is the present situation such as organization and management of university students' communities.This part content is divided into two parts about university students' communities :one is the analysis of overall level,the other is the analysis of the differences.The fourth part tells the problems about the management of college students' associations.It has concluded major questions through statistical percentage.The fifth part is the analysis of the reasons for the problems about organization and management of college student associations faced.By interviewing club members of three colleges and guiding teachers,we have understood in depth the current problems.The sixth part talks how to improve the management of college students' organizations.This part is mainly aimed at researching about present situation and existing problems of China's colleges and universities,in order to put forward corresponding improving measures.
