Advance organizer strategy was proposed by D.P. Ausubel in 1960, because it has a great help for teachers teach and students learn, and also more and more get people's attention. Advance organizer tactics is introduced to the high school physics teaching, it is not only cultivate students' active learning, analyze ability of thinking,and promoting meaningful learning occurs, but also provide teachers with new perspectives on teaching strategies.This thesis research for the practice and status survey of tactics of the advance organizer in the high school physics teaching, in order to knowing the practice and understand situation of the advance organizer. Based on the two theories of meaningful learning theory and Cognitive structure transfer theory, with the research methods of method of literature, questionnaire survey teacher interview and method of observation. the understand situation, practice situation of teachers and which strategy was applied of advance organizer by junior middle school physics teachers is studied in this thesis from the perspectives of teachers who are the physics teachers from the high school of Lanzhou, Gansu.This study shows : The majority of teachers are understanding of the teaching strategy of advance organizer that they not deep enough; The advance organizer strategy should penetrate into every aspect of teaching; The majority of teachers who applied advance organizer strategy only used as introduction before the core course;Teachers preparing lessons have attached great importance to the cognitive level of students. Aiming at the survey result, combined with the corresponding theory put forward the following suggestions: If teacher choose advance organizer strategy to teach, they should furtherly understand the knowledge of Advance Organizer tactics theory; Teachers should flexibility do the select which according to the different courses and select different advance organizer strategy; The teachers can set appropriate advance organizer materials as students preview contents.
