Rural teachers, especially rural newly qualified teachers' professional identity should be widely attention.Rural newly qualified teachers just to participate in the work,they have yet to fully understand and adapt to the career.So They may come up professional identity problem.Professional identity problems can reduce teachers' work enthusiasm and the teaching quality.Professional identity problems may also affect rural newly qualified teachers' professional development.This paper applies the method of narrative research.The object of study from G county's a rural nine-year school--L,he is the primary school mathematics teacher and work for a year and a half.The research content including:L's evolution and status quo of professional identity;The factors that affect L's career identity;The advices for improve the rural primary school newly qualified teachers' professional identity.Teachers' professional identity is a dynamic development.The narrative content of this research include:the basic situation of the research object;family and pre-service life;teaching experience;professional identity's status quo.Then we analysis the influence factors of his professional identity and put forward some suggestions for the newly qualified teachers,countries and education sectors,social.Influence factors from their own(character,experience,professional background),school(school management system,campus spiritual culture,interpersonal relationships), society(social attitude,welfare,employment pressure), family(the expectations ofparents,the wish of look after parents).The recommendations include:on the part of teachers, they should keep a good attitude, enhance their ability to work under stress, promote their self- development with efforts and have a rational career planning;the nation and department of education should delegate theright to manage funds to rural principals, and conduct an in-depth evaluation of teacher candidates; the rural schoolsshould provide new teachers with essential guidance and help, improve their incentives and approval of new teacher, enhance the school's spiritual and cultural construction and create a good school at mosphere;for the society, it should have a better understanding and knowledge of the profession of primary schoolteachers in rural areas.
