The prosedule of the professionalization of teachers has begun since the establishment of the first institution of teacher training in France in1681. so far, the exploitation of the professionalization of teachers has become a core part of each major education institution. Teacher as a profession owns its unique professional requirement and conditions as well as the professional specialty in both branch of learning and education. At the same time, along with the specific training system and management system, professional knowledge and skills as well as social service are emphasized. In the process of professionalization, the focus has been turned from pursuing the professional status and authority of teachers to their professional development. The higher quality of education can be expected only based on the constantly developing of the professional knowledge and skills of teachers.Being different from the general education school, the middle vocational school, with its history of development, the characteristics of its students and its social position, the professionalization of teaches in the middle vocational school must follow the law of middle vocational education. Teachers in the middle vocational education area should possess more than basic knowledge of a teacher such as skill certificate in related fields due to the difference of their teaching targets. The professionalization of teachers in the middle vocational school is extraordinarily difficult, which cannot naturally formed need the combined efforts in all aspects, especially as the first step of the professionalization:the professionalization of the newly qualified teachers in the middle vocational school. For the newly qualified teachers, whether in the first stage or the second, from their first day till being qualified in their positions, they need to get familiar with the surrounding environment, the style of the school, colleagues and the teaching targets. Possessing basic knowledge and practice ability and relatively weak in utilizing, the individuals need to integrate gradually into the style of the school. This article, based on the analyses of the current situation of the professionalization of teachers in a certain middle vocational school, analyzes the existing problems and the reasons, and proposes relevant solutions, aiming firmly at contributing to the development of the professionalization of teachers in middle vocational schools.
