Vocational decision-making is one of the important tasks in the career of College Students' learning, the current domestic students vocational decision-making attention increased year by year. Career decision-making is when the individual in face of a variety of career choices, they analyze the pros and cons of each option and choose a best option. The factors that affect career decision-making include four aspects which are individual factors, family factors, growing environment and social factors. As Ariely mentioned in the book named "grotesque behavior", which said that among the people in Life are always in comparison, every decision is carried out in comparison.Therefore, it is very necessary to study the impact of social comparison on the vocational decision-making of college students, especially the role of psychological distance, for further employment guidance and career counseling has a very important significance.This article adopts the method of experimental research, discusses the professional value and social psychological distance influence on college students in the process of career decision-making. Preliminary experiments through the campus posters of 57 students recruited, got 30 pairs of the most conflict professional values and 30 pairs of the least conflict of professional value matching, after that, we got the establishment of the work value matching table, ready for the materials of formal experiment. Formal way experiment also with a poster campaign to recruit 216 graduates and students, among them, the experiment one recruited 126 subjects, so that the decision task in a simple context of career decision-making, set up a psychological distance comparison and no psychological distance comparison of the two groups of tasks. The second experiment had 90 students, the task for them to do the decision-making was after the professional value that in conflict condition.The research results show that,(1) the students are most concerned about the career prospects, the influence of career on the marriage and family and the social prestige of the career.(2) when college students are relatively easy to work in a decision-making task(occupational value matching context), the psychological distance to college students career decision-making has some effect, the relationship is more intimate, career decision-making is more uncertain. And when the career decision making tasks difficult(professional value conflict situation), psychological distance on college students' career decision making determine the significant impact and regret emotion as mediating factors that can predict the certainty of career decision-making.The research results show that, when college students in career decision-making,psychological distance has a significant impact on career decision-making, the more difficult the task is, the more significant impact. Therefore, the school should strengthen the education of career decision-making for college students to guide the work, training students to explore themselves and messages of the occupation,enhancing the ability of students' career decision-making.
