In the development of large stadiums in China arise a lot of problems which include lack of funds, backward management syste m, lack of professionals, insufficient decentralization of auto nomy in management, conflicts between economic and social benef its, lack of effective evaluation system, incompleteness of the supervision system, serious loss of state-owned assets, low fun ctionality in the existing facilities and low utilization rate. This paper, adopting a combination of literature review, interv iew, questionnaire, case analysis and investigation, taking Zhe njiang Sports Exhibition Center as an example, finds out that co mpared with the traditional operation mode, the improved operat ion mode has a more accurate positioning of the target market, a more innovative mechanism, a variety of business projects with s trong interest and more professional management. And the improv ed operation mode pays more attention to the development of inta ngible assets and introduces the Tech-Sport by taking the region al features into consideration in their marketing activities. T he paper also suggests that in the operation process of the large stadium in our country, in order to realize a modern sports serv ice, we should conform to the direction of the sports industry de velopment, transform our operation idea, strengthen the functio nal development of stadium facilities, speed up the pace of mark et-oriented operation and management and deal well with the rela tionship between public welfare and economic benefits. |
