The world has set off a wave of MOOC(Massive Open Online Courses)learning since2012.Higher education is becoming another disruptive area of the Internet industry.The arrival of the wave of MOOC indicates that higher education will have a new round of major changes.In particular,the teaching of public basic courses in colleges and universities has become the object of the impact of the act.Ideological and political theory course will inevitably be brought into the ranks of change,the ideological and political theory course teachers how to respond to this change? Ideological and political theory course teachers in colleges and universities are the executor of the teaching of Ideological and political education,plays a leading role in the education teaching activity and plays an important role in the training of qualified builders and reliable successors in the process.Therefore,the remolding has an important social theoretical and practical significance of ideological and political theory course teachers role,which is also an important issue in the current ideological and political theory course teachers professional development and teaching staff construction.In this paper,the author take the MOOC as the background.introduce the connotation of ideological and political theory course teachers role remolding on the basis of the review of relevant research at home and abroad,using social role theory,role management theory and Marxist human free development theory and about the basic viewpoint of teacher and education,using the research methods of literature research,induction and deduction,interviews and survey,to analyze the current situation of ideological and political theory course teachers role under the background of MOOC.The results show that the overall situation of the ideological and political theory course teachers role in colleges and universities is relatively good,the effective completion of the teaching task of ideological and political theory course.But there is a part of the teacher existing occupation identity is low,the consciousness of the role is not clear,the role conflict and role expectations are not met such problems.Aiming at these problems,the research focuses on the analysis of the main content and methods of the ideological and political theory course teachers role remodeling from multiple aspects of values,positive attitude,occupation ethics and teaching skills.The study found that the academic research on this issue is less,study on the ideologicaland political theory course teachers role under the background of MOOC is less and less.Therefore,this study adds a new perspective for research of ideological and political theory course teachers role and introspect the role remolding,quality promotion and the challenges and opportunities in the future under the background of MOOC.Combined with the research results,the reference is provided on ideological and political theory course teachers professional construction and MOOC platform construction.Finally,hope that more experts and scholars contribute to the related research on the depth of this subject.
