The Present Situation, Problems And Countermeasures Of College Student Community Management In Jiangxi

This study focuses on the current situation and problems of student community management in Jiangxi to explore countermeasures which could be efficient developments of it. College student organizations are self-managed, self-service and self-education which are relative freedom, which are also significant to cultivate the quality of college students, physical and mental development and the ability of social practice.Under the premise of a large number of literature research, this study, closely combining with interview method and questionnaire method, conducts sample survey for four universities of Nanchang in Jiangxi. It makes deep-level mining of current situation and problems of community management and targeted to clarify the association management issues arising from reason. Finally, the study combines the theory of community college students with the actual situation of it, and also objectively settles effective countermeasures of student community management in Jiangxi.The study findings show that in recent years, colleges have responded positively to the quality of education policy. And at the same time they are conscious of encouraging students to create different types of student organizations, which makes them to develop at an unprecedented pace up to a certain extent. Of course, it also shows some corresponding management issues, such as: the quality of members are uneven, the quality of community activities needs to be improved, community management system is not clear, and student clubs are in a serious lack of reserve resources development. Based on this, the study puts forward the countermeasures of student community organization and management of colleges in Jiangxi. First, perfect the management system. It is essential to have a scientific management system for the healthy development of the activities,which are more obvious reflecting in four community college students in Nanchang. Second, strengthen the material guarantee. The current restrictions on the development of student organizations objectively are lack of material conditions, which mainly are less activity funds and less places in two ways. Third, walk the road of brand building. Student community is the reaction of higher education results show and the brand community is the highlight of colleges power.
