The Countermeasures Study Of The Current Situation In Colleges' Psychological Health Education In Jiangxi Province

College psychological health education, by all means of practical activities, intends to systematically help college students to learn psychological health and master its methods to adapt and cure the unhealthy mentalities, and in this way, enhance their self-development in all round to a better level. During the crucial time of establishing socialistic system of market economy and realizing socialistic modern strategic targets, the enhancement of college psychological health education is practically meaningful to cultivate good psychological quality of college students, improve the development of their physical and psychological quality, and build a harmonious campus.In order to make a whole research on the current psychological health education situation in Jiangxi colleges, we have made two questionnaires to investigate 64 Jiangxi colleges' psychological health education organizations and 272 on-the-job teachers, and to survey 4425 college students' evaluation to the work of psychological health education in colleges, respectively. The results indicate that recently, most Jiangxi colleges have increased investment in building psychological health education organization and have made great progress in many aspects; the number of psychological teachers is increasing and their teaching quality improves significantly; there are mainly three kinds of models in Jiangxi psychological health education: counseling and activity model, course model,counseling and activity and course model; the positive evaluation to college psychological health education work from college students is far more than the negative evaluation, and the whole effect is comparatively good. The important factors that affect the college psychological health education are: cognition, system, faculty, educational effect, educational objects and psychological health education in primary and middle schools.
