As the two hallmarks of American college entrance exam, SAT and ACT are two educational exams generated by different social backgrounds and demands. In the process of American education modernization, SAT and ACT develop and reform constantly in order to meet the aspirations of people about education scientificity and fairness, gender equity is an important part among it.During 2006 to 2015, SAT and ACT exists obvious gender differences, their gender gaps have some commons, but also have some differences. SAT and ACT have girls' preference in the perspective of test taker, but in recent years their gender differences of test taker are reducing. In terms of test scores, boys' performance over girls' in SAT. Specifically, 2 in 3 subject boys have advantages, and boys' strengths are much stronger than girls' strengths among their preferred subjects. The number of girls' stronger subjects is more than boys' in ACT, but boys' superiority is stronger than girls'. In practical terms, although 3 in 5 subject boys' score are higher than girls among ACT, boys' strengths are much stronger than girls' strengths among their preferred subjects. Meanwhile, advantages of boys focus on mathematical and natural science related subjects, advantages of girls focus on language and writing related subjects. When comes to the changing tendency of score gender difference among SAT and ACT, gender difference of boys' superiority subjects is abate, while gender difference of girls' superiority subjects is enhancement. Overall, boys' superiority is receding and girls' superiority is boosting among SAT and ACT.Physical and mental structure differences between boys and girls are root causes of SAT and ACT gender difference. The difference of social stereotype of gender roles and personal experience and professional tendency between boys and girls are main causes of SAT and ACT gender differences. SAT and ACT test form and score criteria differences make their gender differences have own characteristics. All in all, the gender difference of SAT and ACT is natural response about ability gap between boys and girls, it's not a result of gender discrimination.The gender difference of Chinese College Entrance Examination displays opposite feature when compared with American SAT and ACT. Girls have superiority in Chinese CEE. This phenomenon means that Chinese CEE needs to be reformed in order to improve scientificity and fairness. The reform paths of Chinese CEE and enrollment of Chinese colleges are as follows. First, the subject setting and testcontent of CEE needs to follow a direction of neutralization. Second, CEE needs to change its talent evaluation standard. Third, college needs to expand admission autonomy and to set diversified enrollment standard according to different major features.
