In recent years, the college entrance examination migration phenomenon is banned repeatedly more than, not only occupies the ingoing area valuable opportunities to higher education, has also violated local candidates equal education rights, disrupted the state of higher education resource configuration, disruption of the college entrance examination fairness, caused a series of social problems. As a result of the migration of the economic cost is relatively low, and over the years the lower college entrance examination admission scores and higher admission rates, making Guangxi into the "educational resources predatory warfare" heavy disaster area, serious enroach on local examinee educational rights. At the same time, the college entrance examination migration phenomenon also reflects a deeper problem:the interior of China's higher education resources allocation disequilibrium, the development of local education uneven; provinces (area) to the floating population management system is not perfect; "Have passed the examination","High official positions and riches" and other traditional examination-oriented education thought's influence, many parents and students of the school excessive worship; related administration corruption also aggravate the phenomenon of migration for the college entrance examination.In order to maintain the normal order of Guangxi area examination education, ensure the educational fairness in the laws and regulations, system level, we should establish scientific and reasonable regulations system, normative college entrance qualification examination, and seriously investigate and deal with the related management mechanism of violations; in education examination system level, according to the national development of education policy, actively follow up the national college entrance examination system reform; in the present regional development, increase the devoted strength to accelerate the development of Guangxi education, Guangxi's economic and social development, so as to narrow the regional educational level differences, address the root causes of migration for the college entrance examination questions.
