Present Situation And Countermeasure Research Of Five-year Higher Vocational Students' Physical Education Teaching In Changsha

Five year higher vocational education is a unique mode of running a school in Higher Vocational and technical education. However, in the course of the development of Higher Vocational Education in full swing, there are many problems in the five year vocational physical education teaching. Based on five years of Higher Vocational Colleges and universities sports education present situation can not adapt to the sports teaching, this paper to the present teaching situation of Higher Vocational Colleges in Changsha City as the starting point, analysis of Changsha City five years of PE Teaching in higher vocational colleges, in order to Changsha five-year vocational colleges sports teaching content better reference.Based on education and sports science and other disciplines theory, using the research methods of literature research, questionnaire survey, expert interview, mathematical statistics and logical analysis, the development situation of Changsha City five years of physical education teaching in higher vocational colleges, practical problems, control mechanism and development countermeasures were studied. The main conclusions of this paper are as follows:(1) according to the Changsha City five years of Higher Vocational Colleges and universities sports education characteristics, study of the development situation and restriction factors, mainly discusses the Changsha City five years of Higher Vocational Colleges and universities sports development present situation, students, teachers, schools, environmental factors on the teaching of physical education.(2) of Changsha City five years of higher vocational student sports foundation of investigation and analysis, the main survey of the concept of physical education, students participate in sports activities, teachers situation, physical education teaching status. Survey results show that most of the students of physical education to general, not satisfied with the attitude; students to participate in sports enthusiasm is poor; age structure of teacher staff tend to be younger; students to master sports theory knowledge less, phenomena involving narrow, lack of sufficient knowledge and understanding of lifetime sports, health knowledge, fitness awareness and fitness and other; school sports course in the project has not been widely; outdated teaching philosophy; system is not complete, which continued in the school management system three years system higher vocational education, no distinction; teaching organization and evaluation system, teaching environment there are some defects and deficiencies.(3) in view of the five year system vocational colleges physical education the flaw and the insufficiency, has carried on its reason analysis.:lack of higher vocational education management philosophy, outdated teaching model, teaching content set unreasonable, old sports teaching mode and teaching content settings is not reasonable, and the low level of sports culture construction, and students career development needs of phase contract degree low, and many problems and mutual restraint effect, eventually led to the the Changsha City five years of Higher Vocational Colleges sports teaching present situation problem.(4) for the five years of the present situation of physical education, and puts forward the reasonable development strategies, namely:to change the concept of teaching, innovative teaching mode of physical education; to optimize the teaching team, to strengthen the construction of teaching hardware facilities; optimization of the sports curriculum, and actively carry out to students career development needs of the sports teaching.
