After the new curriculum reform, the role of organic chemistry in high school chemistry is of particular importance. To improve the teaching efficiency and teaching effectiveness of organic chemistry, this paper combines my own education teaching experience with the education teaching resources, as well as some valuable instructional ideas, and then employs ChemOffice in the organic chemistry teaching in high school. Therefore, the traditional teaching methods have changed. The chemistry lectures such as the molecular structure of organic matter, organic reaction principle that were always stated by teachers, now have been transformed into the visualization of the organic micro world. If teachers and students in the class gives any organic molecule, ChemOffice can presents the space configuration of the organic matter, physical and chemical properties, optical spectrum and so on. ChemOffice can simulate organic reaction experiment. And with the aid of 3dsmax animation which can display organic reaction mechanism, we can embody the microscopic reaction and reduce degree of difficulty of the students understanding. We can innovate the integration of improving the teaching of organic chemistry in high school and ChemOffice to greatly enhance the teaching methods and the students’ learning efficiency and effectiveness.This paper mainly consists of three parts. The first part mainly refers to the domestic and foreign research present situation about the application of ChemOffice in organic chemistry teaching in high school. It also concludes the theory basis and learner characteristics analysis. The second part mainly consists of the application type of ChemOffice in organic chemistry teaching and practical significance. It also refers to several teaching cases. The third part refers to the ChemOffice application in organic chemistry teaching of practice research which is combined with a concrete example and application of evaluation. The research conclusions are as follows. ChemOffice, 3dsmax software and their integration in the teaching of organic chemistry in high school can promote the students’ active learning organic chemistry and reduce the difficulty of the organic chemistry learning in order to achieve high quality of organic chemistry learning tasks and goals. This method can train the student to the application ability of organic chemistry knowledge and skills. It also helps students to understand the scientific inquiry process and method, and trains the student to discover problems. Therefore, their ability to actively explore the problems and the ability to analyze and to solve the problem can be improved.
