The Research On Fair View Of Post-90’s College Students

The paper was studied on the post-90s’ fair view and mastered the characteristics of college students’ fair view in new social environment. Timely intervention to the problem in the process of the growth of College Students can help college students be better and adjust the content and method of education which can make the education keep pace with the times, to give fair view education purposefully. The change and development of college students’ fair view affect the harmonious development of society, to guide college students to establish the fair view which meet the modern social harmony will promote the road to socialism with Chinese characteristics and make the harmonious society building goals come true.Firstly, the paper defined the concept of fairness and justice theory by taking into account the fairness and justice. And then based the characteristics of post-90 s college students thoughts, the paper summarized the content of fair view of post-90 s college students.Secondly, through the empirical research, the author found that the “post-90s” college students’ overall view of fairness was good, but because of the influence of their ideological characteristics, new situations and new problems came up. A part of college students had speculative thought and the sense of injustice was prevalent among students. When facing some unfair problems, some college students didn’t knew how to react; The reason lied in the deviation of individual values, the guidance missing of fairness education, the defects of college education colleges and the low cost of the violation of fairness.Thirdly, the author comes forward several countermeasures to improve college students’ fairness education. First, college students consciously cultivated the fair virtue and observed law and morality. Second, to exert the function of family education, attached importance to family education and eliminated ill family education. Third, to strengthen the guidance of college education, carried forward the socialist core values and guided students to establish the fair view which meet the social mainstream. And to improve college students’ level of scientific understanding of fairness, innovated the Ideological and Political Theory Course Teaching, and created fair campus atmosphere and promoted the reform and innovation of the management system of colleges. Fourth, to create fair social atmosphere, and strengthen social supervision and punishment, effectively played governments’ duties of maintain social fairness and standardized the social media report to create a better information environment for college students growth.
