On The Modern Old-Style Private School And Its Enlightenment To The Chinese Education

In the area of traditional private teaching does exist much disadvantage, but its historical value can not be eradicated at all. Therefore, the modern private teaching that not only adapt to new trend,take in the merit of ancient private teaching, but also satisfy the need of cultivating intellectuals has spread up and started. Being accustomed to foreign culture,the modern people to this newly elite educating pattern, some of them sniff and the others are waiting and looking. There are many problems in Chinese teaching of middle school under idea of big Chinese concept. The author attempts to reading the value of modern private teaching and its borrowing meaning.In the first chapter describes origin and the development of private teaching, and then introduce the educating states of modern teaching and its mean types in the second chapter states the mean character of modern private teaching, which in the first place guides the regulation of manners and then states that they put merit and education in the first place, and takes care of every students, in the mean while the teaching methods especially giving attention to reading and reciting classical leaning methods. In the third chapter analyzes the evaluation of outside world to private teaching. In the fourth chapter it discusses many problems in the present Chinese teaching from the aspect of humanity education ancient style prose teaching and test teaching In the fifth chapter it states the experience of middle school Chinese taking in from the education of modern private teaching. It gives the detail explain in teaching method from literal interpretation to reading teaching and strengthen the implement of reciting. In the end it fulfills the function of merit in Chinese,spreads the spirit of big Chinese concept and cultivates the modern intellectual who is conscious,responsible and loyal.
