In recent years, along with the implementation of the new curriculum reform, high school Chinese teaching has obtained many achievements. For example, emphasize the subjectivity of students learning;pay attention to students' cooperation inquiry learning;it is committed to the improvement of students' Chinese accomplishment and so on. But in the process of the reform is still faced with many problems to be resolved, such as the generalization of Chinese teaching goal; paid little attention to secondary school students in the process of learning interests,attitudes, and difficult to mobilize students' learning initiative of Chinese curriculum; the contradiction between the class collective teaching and student's individual, etc., influenced the large area to improve the quality of Chinese teaching and learning. Bloom's theory of "mastery learning" is a set of practical test more effective individualized teaching theory, through the specific behavior of the teaching goal, formative assessment and correction, to improve the teaching quality of large area. It just effectively solve some existing in the current ordinary secondary school Chinese teaching quality problems, therefore the "mastery learning" theory is applied to many research significance in Chinese teaching in secondary school.This article is divided into four chapters, the introduction part mainly expound origin,research status and research methods.The first chapter is an overview of the theory of "mastery learning", the author refer to the related research books and literature, for the "mastery learning" theory are expounded and analyzed. First introduce theory, because the theory guiding practice,we should have a correct interpretation and understanding of its theory, in order to better use of the theory in practical teaching. The second chapter is part of the practice, in this chapter is mainly to write Chengmai county second middle school of Hainan province situation investigation and analysis of junior high school students to learn the language course.Questionnaire survey is the main use of survey method, based on this Non-key ordinary secondary schools by questionnaire survey, find out the current problems existing in the junior middle school Chinese teaching, for later theory of "mastery learning" in the application of practical teaching to provide practical basis.The third chapter is the theory of "mastery learning" implementation of the application in the junior middle school Chinese teaching, this chapter is a major part of this paper. this chapter from two aspects to write. First of all, the theory of "mastery learning" in the application of the junior middle school Chinese teaching strategy, and then through an actual "mastery learning" teaching language classroom teaching records to see the effect of its application.The last chapter is the theory summary and reflection in practice. First the evaluation of the implementation of classroom teaching in the above, and then reflect on these summed up the problems and put forward the corresponding suggestion.
