Volleyball teaching is an important content of middle school physical education teaching syllabus,and digging in volleyball skills a boring and high standard basic technology.The traditional teaching method of the teachers' view,scores of normal distribution of students,"poor students" is the teaching process in the normal distribution of the inevitable result of the teachers focus on top students and ordinary students in the body,is not conducive to students to master volleyball technology.Nowadays,the number of middle school students is increasing,the contradiction between the class teaching system and the individual differences of students is becoming more and more intense.To this end,some scholars advocate the American educator,psychologist Bloom,the master of learning theory and mastery learning method applied to China's physical education,in order to solve this contradiction.Mastery learning method is a new teaching idea advocated by Bloom.Bloom believes that if the teacher can give all students enough time to learn,suitable learning methods and materials of their own,and give all students to encourage and attention,then almost all the students can complete the teaching contents of almost all.The school teachers in the ideological premise that everyone can master ",in class teaching system based on the hierarchical goal,diagnostic evaluation,formative evaluation,correction system,use different teaching methods to complete the task of teaching,then almost all the students can grasp the learning content.This paper uses the method of literature,expert interview method,experimental method,mathematical statistics,questionnaire survey method to grasp learning method and traditional teaching method were compared in volleyball pass teaching,experimental subjects were randomly selected from the second grade junior middle school in Ji'nan City,before the experiment wasconducted on two basic conditions,physical and psychological tendency to understand,to ensure the two subjects were not significantly different,in order to ensure the accuracy of the experiment.In the experiment,one class uses the mastery learning method and the other one uses the traditional teaching method.After the experiment,the physical quality,psychological tendency and technical level of the two classes were tested.The data were obtained,and the data were statistically analyzed by SPSS:1 the use of learning method in junior high school volleyball teaching,more conducive to the cultivation of students' interest and self-confidence of non intellectual factors than the traditional teaching method,improve the enthusiasm and initiative of students learning,make students more efforts to complete the task of teaching.2 in junior high school volleyball teaching using the mastery learning method is more conducive to the students to master the relevant theoretical knowledge than the traditional teaching method.3 in the junior high school volleyball teaching using the master learning method,more than the traditional teaching method to help students to improve the level of skills and enhance physical fitness,to achieve better teaching results and more significant teaching effect.4 "Mastery Learning" systematic and stage oriented,the new concept of students and teachers,feedback correction system to promote the development of sports skills,improve teaching quality.5 in the junior high school volleyball teaching using the mastery learning method teaching experimental results show that the mastery learning method is better than the traditional teaching method,which provides a reference for the teaching of junior high school sports.From the above conclusions,grasp learning method for junior high school volleyball teaching,but the traditional teaching method has its advantages,can not be negated in the future teaching should take advantage of it,to fillthe gaps.And the "Mastery Learning" there are many shortcomings,such as how to make students have higher development,how not to spend too much time in the implementation of corrective system,how to establish more scientific unit goals,they also need sports workers to do further experiments and research for.
