In recent years,with the constraints and influence of employment-oriented training objectives,cultural basic courses,like language classes,are left in the basket in secondary vocational college.Moreover,the number and the quality of students has been decreasing and declined year after year in secondary vocational college.In such an environment,conservative teaching concept of teachers' and insufficient innovation drive make students lack of learning ability and a sense of achievement.As a required cultural basic course in various specialties of secondary vocational college,nowadays,with the continuous development of vocational education,the subject status and educational value of Chinese courses are facing great challenges and dilemmas.The traditional teaching methods are rigid,vague and random.It lacks of trust and encouragement to students;lacks of hierarchical teaching objectives.The teaching and feedback correction can not be targeted in classroom teaching.It is difficult to achieve the aim of teaching according to their aptitude.In addition,the single means of teaching evaluation,poor corresponding incentive mechanism,and the prevailing idea of selection and grading hampers the enthusiasm of students to a certain extent.Therefore,if we want to improve the awkward situation of “teachers are tired of teaching and students are tired of learning” in secondary vocational college,we have to explore a set of scientific and effective teaching theory and carry out practical exploration according to local conditions.Bloom's mastery learning theory is a set of optimistic theory about teaching and learning.It takes the class teaching system as the basic form,adopts the idea of “everyone can learn well”,and pays attention to the construction of scientific and comprehensive evaluation system.In the light of the mistakes and omissions in the study,the author provides the corresponding correction means,devotes to improving the teaching quality in an all-round way,and tries to help each student to find a set of suitable learning methods for themselves.There are five parts in this thesis: Chapter one introduction introduces the origin of this paper,research significance and research methods;Chapter two is an overview of learning theory.It mainly introduces the basic views of the theory,domestic and foreign research status;Chapter three is the exploration and practice of mastery learning theory in Chinese teaching in vocational college.Firstly,a questionnaire survey on the current situation of secondary vocational school students is carried out.Secondly,it shows the implementation process of mastering learning theory in Chinese teaching in secondary vocational school.Finally,SPASS software is used to test the effect of the experiment;Chapter four is mainly for the experimental class,and conducted a questionnaire survey and summary of the experimental results;Chapter five is to draw the experimental conclusions,to find out the gains and losses in the experiment,and to summarize and reflect on the experimental theory,experimental process,secondary vocational language teaching,in order to deepen the following teaching research and practice.
