Since the reform and open policy, our country economy obtained the rapid development. People's income has been a sharp rise. But due to the policy factors and many other factors urbanization and industrialization process constantly advancing at the same time. The trend of widening income gap between urban and rural areas appears gradually in our country. Urban and rural residents in income levels,employment and basic welfare exist significant difference would lead to the rural population migration to cities, in order to obtain higher levels of income, better development opportunities. Urban and rural population migration will affect urban housing prices and the income gap between urban and rural areas. From the point of impact on housing prices, the rural migration to cities will rise on a city's housing demand, in turn, a certain influence on house prices. The impact on the income gap between urban and rural areas should combine migration reflux intend to make a comprehensive analysis of the population. However in the current environment, high housing price would make a certain impact on population migration and urban-rural income gap. This paper investigates the relationship between urban-rural income gap,migration and housing price. First of all, the paper expounds some basic concepts, and the domestic and foreign research on the income gap, population migration and housing price. Then explores the internal mechanism of them and presents the features of urban-rural income gap, migration and housing market in recent years. In the empirical part this paper use panel var model and simultaneous equations model to explore the dynamic relationship among them. Finally, the author summarizes the conclusions of this paper and gives the corresponding policy recommendations.
