AS the great emerging force of teachers,new teachers shoulder great responsibility of teaching and educating.At the beginning of teaching,lacking of teaching experience,teaching wisdom and life experience,they have to face enormous pressure.They not only need to face the problem of how to communicate with students,but also face the transformation of knowledge,teaching methods,the rise of new development curriculum,and other changes which will make new teachers feel confused and helpless,and sometimes even make them lose confidence in their work.From micro perspective,researching on behaviors of design,implement and reflection of new teachers of high school geography is the requirement for advancing teaching methods and promoting the professional development of teachers,also it provides a new method for them to solve problems they met.In this paper,new teacher of high school geography is the research subject for the study.By means of questionnaire interviews and other way to obtain data and its reliability and validity had been validated.Used SPSS descriptive to analyze statistics.Combining with empirical data,new teachers of high school geography from instructional design,teaching implementation,teaching reflection conduct systematic research.At first,overall behavioral characteristics of new teachers will be described.And then analyzes the difference of behavior of new teachers in different terms of attributes.Finally,compared teaching behavior of new teachers with teachers of different seniority,discovered and analyzed the difference of new and old teachers in the teaching behavior,then found the problems of new teachers in the aspect of design,implementation,reflection and other behavior,and analyzed the reasons behind the mechanism.Furthermore,from the perspective of the professional development of teachers,optimized new teachers teaching behavior optimization strategies,and new teachers teaching behavior study and propose future prospects.The full text is divided into three parts:The first part is the background and the basis of analysis,on the background of this research proposed significance were introduced,a review of the domestic and international research and inspiration were consolidated,research ideas and methods presented in this paper.Then this article relates to the definition of the relevant concepts,to be introduced to the theoretical basis of thesis writing concept.The second part is the high school geography new teachers' design activities,and operations to reflect behavior.Before specific teaching behavior research,the preparation of teaching behavior index system,namely the content of the present study,using SPSS17.0 statistical analysis tools and EXCEL output charts.Summarized from the design concept,the design process,the process of preparing high school geography summarize three new teachers to design behavior.First of all,in terms of design,new teachers to understand the new concept of geography course,the degree of familiarity is not enough,like the real-life design to go into teaching,the teaching activities,information technology in instructional design less.In the design of teaching objectives,students focus on the emotional attitude and values,but not enough to understand the learning situation,less based on student diversity gradient design teaching objectives.In the design guide lesson mode,most new teachers design lesson guide and learn new things and practice law;New teachers Metropolitan innovative ideas,the aim is to improve their teaching ability,activity approach,the open method is to imagine most new teachers to design new teaching methods,such as the flipped classroom teaching and other new models,new recruits teachers less design;In terms of the use of teaching resources,new teachers teaching equipment such as globes,and other multimedia use more will use more conventional resources and other Guidance case,less for micro-lesson emerging use of resources;In the design of teaching content,teaching and attention to achieve a breakthrough heavy and difficult teaching goal,less emphasis on teaching integrity;New teachers will often use information technology,the layout of the three panels are more careful,usually designed inductive,exercise style guitar lessons,but the implementation is not enough to consider the effect of instructional design;Lesson planning process,new teachers time is usually spent on reading textbooks and find information,and lesson preparation a higher reliance on lesson plans reference books,but new teachers lesson plans written are more detailed,especially the teaching part of the process of teaching,learning methods specific description.Then,the classroom,new teachers in high school geography lesson conduction time is usually within 5 minutes,When the teachings to teach law,supplemented problem teaching,practice law,classroom inquiry,cooperative learning,role-play use less in the classroom,focusing on moderation,dimension,depth issues when questions slope,but due to lack of experience,the issues raised can not meet the students' learning situation,in questioning the limits of respect,it is likely to cause leeway students do not have to think,the answer to the wrong question,new teachers overall comparison with affinity,that will certainly students advisable place,willgradually identify shortcomings of student.In terms of writing on the blackboard,new teachers easily overlooked,most often take outline-style writing on the blackboard,sometimes writing on the blackboard teaching process and content appear inconsistent,the majority of teachers supplemented by board plans when writing on the blackboard,plate painting;New teachers are focused on emotional interaction with students in the classroom,and to convey the main language;Content expansion,for the activities appearing in textbooks or in image thinking,new teachers up to take part speak,leaving part of the way,sometimes combined with real life to expand,but rarely find irreplaceable hands-on experiments or experiments;Summary of the teaching content,new teachers often summarized in the form of a summary of lesson content,so that students rarely blank course under consideration;In terms of the use of language,new teachers a strong affinity for languages,will focus on language skills and artistry,but sometimes the language will be jerky,humorless,and the accuracy of the terminology,refining obviously not as good as the old teacher;Due to the short time from teaching,new teachers have not yet formed their own stylAt last,in the aspect of reflection behavior,and compared with the old teacher,new teachers' lack of understanding of teaching reflection and cognitive reflection effect,there are two teaching reflection factors,one is to summarize the experience and lessons,promote their professional development,the second is to improve teaching.Time needed for general teaching reflection in 30 minutes,but the frequency of reflection,self-consciousness,not enough positive;In terms of reflection point,difficult point of teaching,classroom atmosphere,learning is the most focus on the most teachers;Communicate with colleagues or expert,writing teaching,is the most common form of reflection;In reflections on the teaching effect on the evaluation of new teachers better overall thought teaching reflection,and can have a follow up on the majority of teaching reflection.The main problems are: lack of weak consciousness of teaching reflection,cognition,teaching reflection ability is not strong,form a single,teaching reflection effect is not ideal,and the lack of effective teaching reflection follow up actions.The third part is the conclusion of this article which concluded the main ideas of the studies,pointed out the insufficiency of related research and gave prospects for the future research.
