Research Of Intervening In Adolescent Fanatics Worship: Making Track For A Star Blindly

Because of the rapid development of network and traffic,nowadays the phenomenon of adolescent fans indulge in making track for a star blindly occurs occasionally,and the word "fanatic" is widely mentioned,the disadvantages of teenagers make track for a star blindly draw more attention of the society: some teenagers waste too much time and energy in their celebrity worship while their studies are abandoned,some teenagers spend a lot of money and place a huge burden on their parents,some youngsters imitate their idol deliberately even the misconducts,some youngsters quarrel with others or bring conflicts in order to protect their idols from being hated.These blindly fanatic behaviors not only bring bad affects to the healthy growth of teenagers,but also not conducive to social development.Collecting data among fanatic teenagers from some parts of Anhui province with the method of document research,questionnaire and structured interview,this article explores the characteristics of adolescent fanatics,including younger age,personal lives affected,preserve idols blindly and even imitate idols,enjoy acting in a group,etc.The reasons including they are influenced by negative directions from various aspects like social culture,school education,family education,peer groups and social networking platform,resulting in their undesirable worship,bringing negative influences on their study and daily lives,hindering the healthy psychological growth of adolescent fanatics.Hence the research of how social workers intervening to this peculiar group is of great significance.On the basis of exploring the necessity and feasibility of social work intervention,this thesis analyzes the principles and methods of intervention.When choosing the method,this thesis prefers case work and group work and introduces join-family therapy,psycho-social therapy,narrative therapy,task-oriented therapy,rational-emotive therapy,interactive therapy and developing therapy,etc.In order to help these teenagers effectively by using professional social work methods,provide reference for the research on the intervention of teenager-fanatics.
