Left behind teenagers is a special group, a large number of concern, difference between left behind teenager and left behind children is only limited to the age, the parents work outside far from the hometown cause14years old to18years old teenagers live alone or boarding at other relatives. That is the Left behind teenagers people always talk about. We also call it LBT for short. LBT is older than left behind children, so most of the left behind teenagers are studying at high school, being busy to do a lot of schooling. Youth rebellious psychology and self concept is gradually strengthening, there is no parents around, the disadvantages of education by grandparents getting more terrible. That’s why social problem caused by LBT so complicated, the whole society focus their attention on criminal case what did by LBT, but ignored the learning disturbance problems which more important of LBT, Even that is the real reason who cause the series of crimes. So, to solve the crime by LBT, solve the learning disturbance problems first.To solve the problem, we need the experimental subject, a middle school in Yichun City Heilongjiang Province. We use social work intervene into the LBT in the country, Research on the experience of the intervention, Create a service model what we can use widely next time. This article is based on the theory and the theory of social support and strengths perspective, collecting the necessary information by literature research and case interview. The survey included:the school environment and teaching status and the basic situation of LBT, analyzing out the problems and needs of LBT, Make the service plan and starting the plan. Summarize and reflect the service. Finally, we make the service model work widely.Through the data collection to the intervention object, we make sure learning disturbance problems became the common problems of LBT, and neglected by local people, which could be a hidden danger to outbreak of a social crisis. Social work intervention, which is the way to solve the problem in this article, and we make it worked. According to the experience we formulate the service mode, and proof the mode is useful.
