The world of education has a colorful emotional life.Classroom teaching is essentially a kind of emotional interaction between teachers and students.Teachers as the teaching subject whose emotion express status domestic study is rare and valuable for further study.This research uses non-structural interview and a self-made questionnaire to interpret and analyze primary school teachers' emotion express status from teachers' gender,degree,seniority,subject,grade,school area,week workload,and class teacher service etc.Research indicates in-class emotion constitution,status,positive and negative emotion proneness,and problems of current primary teachers emotion express are improperly express,regionally imbalance,main subject teachers' low positive emotions and strong negative emotions among young teachers.Teachers' negative emotion express not only influences students' healthy development but also hurts teachers themselves physically and mentally.Thus teachers must express their in-class emotions properly.Against the forgoing problems,the researcher puts forward internal and external methods.From teachers prospective,primary school teachers should keep on learning,attribute rationally,and cultivate their emotion characters to adjust emotion express.From related parties of teachers prospective,schools should work to improve teachers working conditions,the authority should instill more investment,the public should expect reasonably,and students provide more emotion support.With the above methods,problems of ill emotion express and differences will get over.
