SWB is a way to evaluation of their own individual subjectivity,to their own values to the evaluation criteria.Study SWB mostly concentrated in the students, schoolteachers,for kindergarten teachers rarely study,and research is not enough depth.Subjective happiness of preschool teachers are still in an immature state.While preschool teachers play an important role in the growth of young children,their levels of happiness will affect itself and children's harmonious development of physical and psychological. It also gives the study of kindergarten teachers SWB significance and mission.I used random sampling method to select the surrounding area in Anshan City 344 kindergarten teachers, by filling out the "kindergarten teachers SWB questionnaire", "Social Support Scale" and "Self-Esteem Scale Revised," to understand the social kindergarten teachers general condition and the relationship between the three support, self-esteem and subjective well-being, the study reached the following conclusions:1.SWB Anshan City area preschool teachers showed a moderate level2.Social support kindergarten teachers, their self-esteem SWB correlation coefficient between each two are significant.3.Social support and self-esteem as independent variables, subjective well-being as the dependent variable to establish linear regression equations, self-esteem and social support can predict 43.3% of variance in subjective well-being.Partially mediated between self-esteem and social support from SWB.The study concluded that,Anshan City area preschool teachers' SWB presented moderate state, correlation coefficients between each pair there is a significant correlation of social support of preschool teachers,with their self-esteem and SWB.Social support and self-esteem as argument,subjective well-being as the dependent variable,to establish a good linear regression equation,self-esteem and social support can predict 33.3% of variance in subjective well-being,esteem between social support and subjective well-being from the effects partially mediated.In order to improve teacher' subjective well-being of children,according to the results of this study we made the following recommendations of education.Education recommendations divided into two parts,From the perspective of a part of social support, develop and promulgate policies,reasonable staffing issues;expand the resources in Anshan city area;increase salary,wages improved performance appraisal system;Managers should actively mobilize preschool teachers a sense of ownership.from the perspective of a part of self-esteem,poor management of emotions,and strengthen relationships,develop a healthy self-esteem;preschool teachers and others to improve their own sense of identity in early childhood education;ways to enhance the professional competence of teachers to enhance children;learning coping strategies,improve self-confidence.
