Education is the cornerstone of national rejuvenation,education fair is the important embodiment of social justice.Teaching is the center of the education,the education process fairness is an important approach to realize the education fair.The classroom teaching fair is the important place to realize the teaching process fair.This study is based on national institutions as places, college English,college Chinese,the basic of computer and ethnic theory and policy four common course as the carrier,to discuss the fairness of the teaching process.This study is not only broaden the education fair in theory field,and provide more reference value for the research on teaching process fair.In practice to guide the school of the attention to teaching process fair,called for and try to take some measures to solve the corresponding problems,established to teach evaluation standard of fairness,clarify the current teaching state fair.Random cluster sample was conducted and the subjects are 600 minority college students of different majors in Northwest University for Nationalities as the research object,the participatory observation, interview,questionnaire survey,on the basis of the collected data,through the description statistics,T test,variance analysis techniques such as data processing,the following conclusions:The teaching process of fairness does not exist gender and ethnicity differences;The teaching process of fairness exist the differences of disciplines and grade;Teachers had the low degree of fairness to student’s attention and feedback;The ethnic minority college students participated in classroom activities opportunity fair with the low degree.According to the research conclusion put forward the corresponding Suggestions. Think from the school level:reducing class size.diversification of teaching organization form,improve the campus culture to form good psychological atmosphere;Teacher’s level developed fair attitude,fair objective and reasonable evaluation method, according to their aptitude with the difference treatment;Level: students should actively maintain their equal rights and the right to development; Course level:a multicultural curriculum,school curriculum should reflect the culture of students learning style and characteristics.
