With the deepening of China's higher education development,the "quantity" level of higher education opportunities has developed rapidly.Local colleges and universities take on the new mission of popularization of higher education,knowledge and technology transformation and diffusion,at the same time,the source of students is diversified.To investigate the fairness of higher education,we should pay attention to the "quality" level,that is,whether students of different genders and different classes can be treated fairly and receive education suitable to their personality development after entering the university.Therefore,it is an important task in the process of popularization of higher education to analyze the fairness of local university education process based on the difference of student source structureThe fairness of the process of higher education is not only reflected in whether students are given equal opportunities for learning and development in each process,but also in whether the process of education is adapted to the development of personality.Based on the differences of student source structure,this thesis takes Q university as the case study object and mainly selects junior students as the sample to investigate the fairness of the education process in local universities.By analyzing the overall evaluation of the fairness of knowledge learning process,scientific research process,social practice process and award evaluation process by students of different gender,different classes and different sources,it is found that students have a general view of the process of higher education in schools It is found that there are "one-size-fits-all" education and learning in the actual participation of students,the difference of academic activity enthusiasm and resource allocation are not equal,the social practice can not take into account the different needs of student development,and the class difference in the process of evaluation and evaluation.Therefore,this paper finally puts forward teaching based on the difference of learning situation to promote the fairness of classroom teaching;to increase the investment of scientific research,the allocation of resources to students is moderately inclined;to organize social practice activities according to the difference of students;to establish a scientific and reasonable evaluation method.Combining the theory of differential education,the theory of family capital and the theory of social stratification to promote the fairness of college education process.
