The Undergraduate's Innovation And Entrepreneurship Values Status Quo Research And Education Countermeasures Of University In Guangxi

In recent years, with the large number of college graduates in our country as well as the previous unemployed graduates, college students are under the big pressure of employment because the employment situation is grim. We should not only strengthen efforts to implement the policy, but also actively explore an effective way to solve this problem. Innovation is the soul of a nation's progress and inexhaustible power while entrepreneurship is the driving force for the development of productive forces. When “public innovation” has become the development trend of the times, social development has created conditions for the combination of innovation and entrepreneurship. China regarded innovation and entrepreneurship as one long-term strategy to promote the economic development so the employment policy of "innovation and entrepreneurship" came into being.The innovation and entrepreneurship education of college students has also entered the stage of "innovation and entrepreneurship", which requires students to change previous employment values and establish a new and correct employment values. The value of innovation and entrepreneurship is the correct employment values that contemporary college students should cultivate because it conforms the trend of the times and the value of the employment concept,and it also meets the social needs and individual needs. "The core goal of innovation and entrepreneurship education is not only to cultivate students' entrepreneurs, but also to cultivate students' creative spirit and ability. Eventually they can become a creative individual. Innovative entrepreneurship education is to train college students' innovation and entrepreneurship of the basic quality and comprehensive ability.In fact, it is to create the conditions for the cultivation of College Students' innovation and entrepreneurship values. Restricted and influenced by the society,the concept of traditional education in colleges and universities and the mode of family and other factors, establishing the value of innovation and entrepreneurship can't be achieved overnight. It will take college students a long time to change their traditional values of employment.And it will also takea long time to develop and cultivate the value of innovation and entrepreneurship.Therefore, based on the background of College Students' innovation and entrepreneurship, the issue which explores the effective combination of ideological and political education and innovative entrepreneurship education,as well as cultivate the value of College Students' innovation and entrepreneurship is worthy of study.The essay takes the Guangxi university students' innovation and entrepreneurship as an example. And I compiled the questionnaire Guangxi college students' innovation and entrepreneurship values by myself. In the form of a sample questionnaire survey, an empirical investigation was made on the innovation and entrepreneurship values of 695 university students in Guangxi Normal University,Guangxi University For Nationalities, Guangxi Teachers Education University and other 9 universities. Research object includes different types(sex, native place,school type, grade, professional, innovation and entrepreneurship education acceptance, whether the one-child family, whether college students experience in business) and covers the majors of humanities and Social Sciences, economics and management, science and technology, medicine, agriculture, sport and the arts.Through sampling investigation and study, the main purpose is to understand the current situation of university students' innovation and entrepreneurship values and enable innovation and entrepreneurship education more pertinent, objective and effective, then promoting the development of innovation and entrepreneurship education. Due to the creative values with "mass innovation, entrepreneurship development and the rise of peoples",it is still in the embryonic development process and not mature enough, so there are many issues worthy of attention. This embodies in many college students' low recognition of the value of innovation and entrepreneurship, the weak awareness and the poor cultivation of the initiative,the value of innovation and entrepreneurship tending to individual value orientation and so on. These problems are the bottleneck that hinders the cultivation of College Students' values of innovation and entrepreneurship in Guangxi, and they are worthy of our attention and attention. The survey shows thatthese issues of concern are influenced by society, universities, families and individuals in four areas. In this paper, we explore the ways to solve these problems and cultivate the values of Guangxi college students' innovation and Entrepreneurship from the four aspects.The main content of this paper is divided into four chapters. In the first chapter, it defines the concept of innovation and entrepreneurship. The second chapter mainly of Guangxi College Students' innovation and entrepreneurship value view present situation investigation analysis and conclusions are presented, and points out the problems worthy of attention. the third chapter is to analysis the factors that influence the concept of innovation and entrepreneurship value in Guangxi college students.The fourth chapter is mainly puts forward the countermeasures of Guangxi university students' innovation and entrepreneurship values from society, universities, families and individuals by four aspects. Among them, the second chapter, the third chapter and the fourth chapter are the key points of this article.
