With the emergence of network technology and the popularization of mobile learning equipment,the status of rigid traditional teaching method is declining,and people need a new teaching method to reform the traditional education.Therefore,the hybrid teaching mode combining the advantages of both comes into being,and has become a major research hotspot in the technology field of education.In recent years,in order to improve the employment rate of graduates,the state pointed out that the most fundamental way is to push forward the education reform of innovation and entrepreneurship in universities,and finally to improve the innovation and entrepreneurship ability of graduates.Therefore,how to combine these two research hotspots to improve the innovation and entrepreneurship ability of college students is a key problem that urgently needs to be solved.In the 2018 government work report,Premier Li Keqiang also explicitly encouraged colleges and universities to form an innovation and entrepreneurship pattern combining online and offline activities.Therefore,this study is not only academically innovative,but also meets the urgent need of national policies.It is of great significance to improve the quality of education in institutions of higher learning,to solve the employment pressure of university students and to implement the innovation-driven development strategy in our country.In this paper,the author takes improving the innovation and entrepreneurship ability of college students as the main research objective,and summarizes the influencing factors(or qualities)of the innovation and entrepreneurship ability of college students on the basis of reading relevant literature.The author selected four representative universities as research object,investigation four college students' current business situation(including entrepreneurial intention,entrepreneurship education and career preparation and career barriers)entrepreneurship and innovation ability.This paper designed a talent cultivation model to effectively improve the innovation and entrepreneurship ability of college students(namely "learning-teaching-action" model of college students' innovation and entrepreneurship talent cultivation based on blended learning ").This model selected undergraduate students majoring in technology of education within 2015 grade as the experimental implementation object.On the basis of the experimental data,spss22.0 software is used to carry out the effect evaluation,so as to provide a beneficial reference for the reform of China's innovation and entrepreneurship education.The research contents of this paper are as follows:(1)The paper briefly describe the research background and significance of hybrid learningand innovation entrepreneurship education,the domestic and foreign research reviews,research methods,research framework and innovation points.(2)The paper defines the concept or connotation of hybrid learning and innovation and entrepreneurship education,and points out the relevant learning theories involved in hybrid learning in this paper.(3)Through literature review,the paper explored the influencing factors of college students' innovation and entrepreneurship ability.On this basis,a questionnaire was designed to investigate the current situation of college students' entrepreneurship in colleges and universities.Then,spss22.0 professional statistical software was used to process and analyze the data collected in the questionnaire.(4)Based on the survey results above,this paper explores the talent cultivation model to improve the innovation and entrepreneurship ability of college students.On the designated blog,I published the "rules of innovation and entrepreneurship project practice platform activity",which was made known to all students of education technology major of 2015 grade in our school and implemented by these students to verify the validity of the model and promote it throughout the school.(5)I selected the evaluation index--education technology innovation and entrepreneurship project practice defense evaluation index was selected for the experimental results.The index system consists of six primary indicators and more than ten secondary indicators,which are used to score students in the experimental group of 2015 grade.The effect of the experimental model was verified by pared-samples T test.The experimental results show that adopting the experimental models of students,its innovation ability has significantly increased.
