Now our country advocate quality—oriented which is based on the education of facing the needs of au students. But the education in Junior high school is due to long—term under the baton of exam—oriented education, overly one—sided pursuit of graduation rates, so underachiever problem has become increasingly prominent. In the education teaching, if teachers can't effectively and thoroughly transform the underachiever, the quality oriented education will be meaningless. In order to improve students' quality, we must face up and effectively solve the problem of the underachiever, only we solve the problem we, can promote the further development of quality education. Therefore, study and solve the problem of the underachiever transformation is an important content of deepening the development of quality education. In this paper, by observation, analysis, junior high school the underachiever family visit, comprehensive investigation. in NO.12 middle school in Xingtai, Hebei underachiever transformation problem has been studied.This thesis consists of six parts: the first part is the preface: divided into the selected topic background and significance, literature review, research ideas and methods of three parts, through the analysis of the domestic foreign literature review, define the core of the underachiever definition, the urgency and necessity of transformation of the underachiever transformation.
