“Ideological and Moral Cultivation & Legal Basis” as a course to help college students set up the morally values and outlook on the world. its importance is self-evident.However, the majority of domestic colleges and universities of “Ideological and Moral Cultivation & Legal Basis” teaching effectiveness are worried. Students are truly loving and how to construct not benefit from the course become scholars explore key, domestic colleges and universities also began to study ideological and political theory course reform,all have made some achievements and experience. Under this background, based on researches in the past, this thesis try to use communication knowledge and regard ideological and political theory course as a special information dissemination activities,using the “audience fragmentation” concept to students on differentiated teaching, on the basis of students' different hobbies, preparing level, advantages of intelligent design the corresponding teaching scheme, In order to preliminary make students really love the course. At the same time, the use of “two-step flow of communication” in communication,the “collective reference standard”, the “opinion leader”, instead of the previous“moralizing” teaching mode, set up by teachers situation cause students to active thinking,make students inside the classroom for thinking clash(view) communication, enhance the level of students' thinking and cognitive level, and students do not benefit from.The study is divided into six parts: one is the introduction; Secondly, the related conception; Three is the research hypothesis and design; Fourth, “Ideological and Moral Cultivation & Legal Basis” class differentiation teaching plan to build; Fifth, “Ideological and Moral Cultivation & Legal Basis” class differentiation teaching plan implementation;Sixth, “Ideological and Moral Cultivation & Legal Basis ”class differentiation teaching effect.This study constructed the “Ideological and Moral Cultivation & Legal Basis” classdifferentiation teaching plan, selecting experimental class and control class, the teaching of experiment class differentiation. Through a semester teaching experiment, found that the implementation of differentiated teaching two classes of province intelligence score,score and thinking mode of “Ideological and Moral Cultivation & Legal Basis” lesson cognitive level is higher than the control class, basic reached the goal of the teaching experiment. The results show: using the “audience fragmentation” concept to “Ideological and Moral Cultivation & Legal Basis” diversity teaching, to improve students' learning interest, promote students' thinking level, complete the teaching goal has been play a good effect.
