The Research About Guiyang City Fitness Club Industry Driving Force And Business Performance

To accurately grasp the current situation of the development of Guiyang city fitness club industry, this study fully uses the literature material method, field survey method and questionnaire investigation. Its breakthrough point is a driving force in industry and enterprise performance. We can analyze the development and its operation mechanism through designing some relative measurement questionnaires. The study shows that:(1) fitness club industry driving force is made of four dimensions---- market, cost, government and competition.The general internal consistency coefficient is P =. 857,namely full scale high homogeneity;(2) fitness club business performance is made of three dimensions---- market performance,financial performance and operation performance. The general internal consistency is P = 844, namely the scale project with high homogeneity.(3) the number of enterprises, annual income,monthly income, working years and jobs have a positive effect on the driving force for the industry. The number of population between 26 and 60 has a positive effect on the market, the cost driver and the government. The more the income and the monthly income are, the stronger the government driving force and market-driven are, and the higher management positions are. Thelonger the years of employment is, the stronger the competitive driving is.(4) income, position and working life have a positive effect on business performance. Namely, the more the income is, the higher the position and the market performance and financial performance are, especially the most significant financial performance. The longer the work life of market is,the better the performance is;(5) drive, cost drivers and market competition drive have a positive effect on business performance, market and cost. The stronger the competitive drive is, the better the market performance, financial performance and operation performance are;(6) create a regression mode by fusing annual income, monthly income, time,working years, the number, position and degree of 8 variables.It is found that only business performance, time, number and degree of four variables have a significant effect on industry drive, R2 =. 210, the rate of explanation is 21%.(7) the mode is found that only industry drive has a significant influence on enterprise performance, R2 =. 079, the rate of explanation is 8%;(8)industry and enterprise performance is in a certain relevance by the overall correlation analysis. The better the business performance is, the stronger the industry driving force and the fitness industry development are.
