The children's Complaining behavior refers to the interactive behavior between the children and the teachers when the children themselves and their companions are in trouble or when they find their companions' words and actions disobey the rules in kindergarten. The prominent goal is to prevent or change the companions' behavior with the help of the teachers' authoritative strength to fulfill their own needs. The rules here refer to the kindergarten's collective rules, regulations of class, teacher's requirements and so on.This study chose two classes and totally six teachers as research objects. Mainly through the observation method, interview method to explore the coping strategies of the teachers in an all-round way. Nine coping strategies were summarized. According to their use frequency, they were: answering simply, repeating rules, neglecting intended, teacher-dominated, self-resolved, guiding patiently, mutual-criticized, prejudice and fair judgment on individual infant. The results showed that: the teachers' mainly strategies are restricting and controlling the infants in order to highlight their dominant position. The teachers' responding strategies form a strategy group. The teacher's strategies are flexibility.There are some differences between different teachers' coping strategies.On the discussion and recommendation section, the writer summarized and analyzed how the teachers should respond to the infants' Complaining behavior, and put forward the corresponding strategies.
