Children's complaining behavior refers to when children themselves or others are violated by peers; Some words and deeds of the partner are found to be contrary to kindergarten rules and teachers' requirements. One kind of interpersonal interaction initiated to the teacher when there is a conflict between oneself or others and peers. The complaining behavior in kindergarten has the characteristics of frequent and repeatability. Some high-frequency complaining children often affect the development of other children's activities, and will lead to other children's complaining behavior, forming a positive complaining atmosphere for the class of children. Therefore, teachers need guidance to improve children's complaining behavior.Previous researchers have mostly explored the internal factors of children in complaints. In this paper, all children, all parents and one head teacher of a large class are selected as the research objects.Through observation, questionnaire and case analysis, external factors(teachers, peers and family)that stimulate children's complaining behavior are sought to provide reasonable guidance strategies for teachers and scientific parenting suggestions for families. After observing the complaint event, the author summarized five kinds of complaint phenomena according to the complaint motivation: trial type, reward type, knowledge type, help type and punishment type. The results show that teachers make rules but neglect inspection;Teachers are highly controlled and lack the opportunity to provide autonomy.Teachers misjudge events and neglect to understand the cause and effect;Teachers' bias or fondness for individual children and neglect of fair trial are the causes of frequent and repeated complaints. The cognitive level of the defendant and the plaintiff is different; The defendant ignores the rules; The defendant lacks empathy; The defendant lacks communication skills; The partner relationship between the defendant and the plaintiff is not harmonious;Class children's conformity to complain is the cause of the formation of peer.Parents' over-protective and over-interfering parenting style and the family environment with strong control and weak independence are more likely to cause children's complaining behavior.Based on the research results, the suggestions for teachers are: Teacher and child system rules and check; To give children the opportunity of autonomy;First understand the reality, then educate;Treat young children fairly;Guide children to respect cognitive differences;Develop empathy and communication skills;Improve the disharmonious peer relationship;Avoid herd behavior.Suggestions for parents are: Reduce their own control behavior, cultivate children's sense of independence;Promote emotional expression between parents and children;Reduce family contradiction, build harmonious family concern. In the discussion of education, this paper proposes that teachers' professional quality and social environment are also external factors of children's complaining behavior, which needs to be studied by the author in the future.
