In recent years, undergraduate students' sense of belonging to university has become a hot spot and attracted more and more attention. Students' sense of belonging is closely related to their physical and mental development and school's development,and the lack of which can cause psychological problems like anxiety, loneliness and result in study problem like low interest in learning and low motivation. In reality,many a undergraduate student is faced with a crisis of belongingness and has no feelings with university. Students' belongingness is produced in interaction with school supports, whose quantity and quality have a significant impact on students' sense of belonging.This thesis analyzes the impact of school supports on undergraduate students' sense of belonging. The school supports is divided into living facilities support,learning facilities support, social support, professional and curriculum support, and teaching support. The thesis is based on the "survey of students' learning and development " of Huazhong University of Science and Technology. Firstly, thesis will have a brief introduction to the current situation in the school supports and the sense of belonging; secondly, all dimensions of school supports will have a regression analysis with students' belongingness to determine different impact levels of the various dimensions of school supports to students' belongingness; thirdly, this thesis will get basic conclusions and propose concrete recommendations to improve the students' sense of belonging to school which provides reference for students' health and school development.After the data analysis, this thesis concludes that H university has a high level school supports and in which most students have a strong sense of belonging. The school support and every dimension have a significant and different impact on school belongingness. The order from big to small are as follows: living facilities support,social support, learning facilities support, professional and curriculum support, and teaching support. To improve students' sense of belonging to the school, first of all,school should truly build the idea of student-centered and strengthen the students' sense of belonging; secondly, school should enhance infrastructure to meet the basic needs of students, and the special needs of students in special stage, along with improving teaching quality to meet the core needs of students; finally, school should establish a management system to safeguard implementation.
