| Under the situation of increasing enrollment in colleges and universities,the quality of undergraduate education has become more and more serious,and the traditional external education quality evaluation has been unable to meet the needs of the society.As the main body of higher education,the student-centered internal education quality evaluation of college students can better meet the internal requirements of the development of higher education.In the evaluation of education quality,students' learning input plays a great positive role.This paper is based on the investigation of undergraduates' learning engagement in the school of physical education of Soochow University,aiming to explore the educational quality of undergraduates in the school of physical education of Soochow University,so as to provide references for the college to improve the quality of education.In this study,NSSE-China measurement tool was used for reference,and the questionnaire on undergraduate students' learning engagement in the school of physical education of Soochow University was compiled based on the actual situation of undergraduates in the school of physical education of Soochow University.A stratified random sampling method was used to select 550 undergraduates from the school of physical education of Soochow University from grade 2016 to grade 2019 as the survey objects.by using the literature material law,questionnaire survey method,interview method,case study method,such as research methods,to spend learning theory as the research basis,first using the description statistics analysis of the Soochow University sports college undergraduates' learning inputs,the second for differences in different groups of undergraduate students learning situation on the independent sample t-test and single factor variance analysis,finally using the correlation method and regression method to analyze the input and education since the harvest of learning evaluation,the influence of the school/tired of learning,school satisfaction relationship,find loopholesthat exist in the undergraduate education in the teaching process and the reasons,and put forward the corresponding improvement countermeasures.The following conclusions are drawn through the analysis:1.From the sample data of the survey as a whole,it can be seen that the level of learning engagement of undergraduates in the school of physical education of Soochow University is not high;The deficiencies are reflected in the three indicators of academic challenge,student-teacher interaction and educational experience.2.In terms of academic challenge,students have less time investment in extracurricular study,and the degree of challenge of professional theory courses is lower than that of professional skills courses.3.In terms of interaction between teachers and students,the effective communication between teachers and students is not ideal,and there is a lack of discussion on the "three views"(career view,outlook on life and values),as well as a lack of in-depth exploration of the issues.Therefore,students' initiative is low.4.In terms of rich educational experience,students are not engaged enough and have low enthusiasm for participation,and they tend to neglect the cultivation of their own comprehensive practical ability.5.The learning input of different groups of students presents different characteristics.There are significant gender differences in academic challenges,student-teacher interaction,educational experience,and campus environment support.There are also significant professional differences in student-teacher interaction.There is a significant difference in the academic challenge of the pre-school student origin,but there is no significant grade difference in the student's learning investment.6.The influence degree of each index of learning engagement on self-evaluation of educational harvest,learning orientation/weariness,and school satisfaction varies,among which the degree of campus environmental support is the most important factor affecting self-evaluation of educational harvest,learning orientation/weariness,and school satisfaction.According to the above analysis,five suggestions are put forward in a targeted manner: first,change the traditional educational thought,pay attention to the students' main position,and actively mobilize students' initiative;second,establish correct values,innovate teaching methods,and strengthen student feedback and assessment;third,Reasonably set the course challenge,innovate the course content,and pay attention tothe gradient construction of the course;the fourth is to create a good campus cultural atmosphere,create a diverse experience,and enrich the campus life of students;the fifth is to effectively utilize school resources,improve the school's software and hardware infrastructure,and build harmony Campus Environment. |
