| In recent years, our country held and host the growing number of international sports event, risk prevention and emergency treatment has been the focus of the event organization, it on the events can be held successfully plays a vital role, but in actual competition organization and operation process, the risk management still exist many problems to be solved.Risk management based on the international comprehensive sports events during the match operation stage as the research background, the theory and method of project risk management theory, risk identification and risk operation to match the response as the main object of study, using literature analysis, expert survey, checklists, level analysis and other research methods, to solve the risk management of the sports competition, the lack of application of theoretical research results of the game operation risk prevention difficult problem, to reduce the operation risk, event risk management procedures, standardized management to save resources, to provide reference for future sports events organization, technical support and consulting services team work and for.The main research contents of this research include:(1) domestic sports events risk management present situation and the existing problems.(2) domestic sports tournament run risk source analysis.(3) held in China international sports tournament when running the risk identification and assessment.(4) International multi sport event held in the operation of risk response principle and general measures.(5) sports tournament running results of risk identification, risk response plan in Nanjing Youth Olympic Games in practical application.Through the research of the above contents, the general risk identification process of the international comprehensive sports events is defined, and the three risk factors of the operational phase of the international sports events are collected, and the risk assessment and the general risk response measures are put forward. |
